This doesn't happen if I use a different ISP. I have checked using multiple devices connected to BSNL FTTH and the issue is present on both of them, but not when I use a different connection.

What kind of garbage service you guys are providing? Are u competing with bsnl to be worst service provider? My mobile shows volte on vi but while I am speaking on a call, data gets disabled. What kind of nonsense and rubbish is this? Disgusting and pathetic service.

Dear, @airtelindia we have all airtel services like 4 phone connections, 1 dth. Replaced airtel dongle as it was frequently disconnected. But there are no broadband service at my location, hence dependent on bsnl as of now. We request you to expand soon to sub city areas!n towns.

@BSNLCorporate i went to the bsnl office directly and got in touch but I still did not get the solution .. so i contacted BSNL CUSTOMER CARE they told another time to apply. I apply app&sms both. My new app booking ID APP20210813182138. Sms booking ID EB20210800013049_719365

@BSNL_HP I didn't expect this type of service from BSNL. Atleast you should provide a dual band modem to your customers as you are charging us a very large amount of installation as compared with other brand like Airtel or Jio Fiber. This was my mistake to choose the BSNL fiber.

@BSNL_BR The speed of internet is very slow in your so called 4G BSNL My BSNL mobile number is 89863476** Ashok Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna- 800020 Atleast give good service on 3G. Now we are ready to use BSNL.
