    This is a new turn... i hope these BSNL employees behave professionally and help govt to revive it. I remember my exp with them once. Horrible customer care. They just let the consumer suffer.

I can challenge, if in my 18yrs of job any1 can say that I hv treated them badly. Not a single Case/Fault pending.     @CMDBSNL Bsnl service is worst even after complaining from more than a month still issue unresolved. Worst service I am going to port all bsnl numbers.

    @rsprasad SIM card of postpaid number 9408708540 of BSNL taken in Gujarat has become faulty. I have shifted to Chandigarh. BSNL has emailed that I would have to go to Gujarat to get it replaced. Can it not be done in Chandigarh. Please help.

    @BSNL_HP Sir BTS issue at Garli in Dehra SDCA of Dharamsala SSA is still unresolved. May I know the present status of the matter. It has already been over three months that customers are waiting for BSNL signal in their cellphones. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL
