@BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

@BSNL_PB I recharge on 24 june with 399 amount deduct but till now day not regarge done and not refund any money i pay again 399 for recharge, you also know how can i trust on bsnl if not solve my issue till now day

@BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate facing network problems in my area as when the electricity of the area is gone,there is no signal at all..the bsnl tower signal vanishes when there is power cut in the area. nearest bsnl tower is in mataur(near sector 71 Mohali-160071).kindly resolve.

@GMTD_Chandigarh My BSNL fiber was installed by infinity Zone, It's been an years I am your customer. it's been more than a week since my internet is not working properly, yesterday they came and said he will come today after 3PM,I asked them why not in morning but they refused.

how a person can restart the router within the conference call or online classes. Either Airtel provide me solution for this or refund me the balance amount and I will take broadband connection from Jio, BSNL, Connect or NetConnet. I am feeling cheated by Airtel. Same on you..

And don’t say we r happy 2 help you. In our location around 700+ homes r there & what stops you 2 provide services. Many people r using BSNL & other networks provider services which is a waste. Whenever we call ur distributor, every-time they say 1 month more will take.

This happens even in working hours. His last promise today at 5PM was the work is just 5 mins and would be done. It's been more than an hour and now his family members attend the call.I guess this kind of staff and service is what effects the brand of BSNL.hope you look into this

Once upon a time ,BSNL has the largest no of mobile subscribers in Lumding area .But now hardly anybody used bsnl mobile.All landline and BB cxn surrendered by customer due to very poor service.Nobody even CGMT never care for it.GMT nogaon never visited Lumding
