@KanganaTeam @diljitdosanjh how can a small farmer go nd sell his crops in other states?For eg. Few years back BSNL was the only service provider(govt)then many pvt. sector entered into market Jio like services gaved many types of discount earlier& now every month prices are increasing.

how a person can restart the router within the conference call or online classes. Either Airtel provide me solution for this or refund me the balance amount and I will take broadband connection from Jio, BSNL, Connect or NetConnet. I am feeling cheated by Airtel. Same on you..

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yaar Bahut He Beysharam Bandey Ho Tusi Airtel Wale. I have complained several times for Network Problem & Call Dropping Issues. But No Solution Providing Yet. Are you competing with BSNL ? Infact BSNL have improve their Services.

@GMTD_Chandigarh My BSNL fiber was installed by infinity Zone, It's been an years I am your customer. it's been more than a week since my internet is not working properly, yesterday they came and said he will come today after 3PM,I asked them why not in morning but they refused.

@BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

@PTI_News I climb almost half KM of hill to go on to the road to catch a signal. I hve changed from Airtell to Idea to vodaphone to BSNL, but no signal (net work). Have been requestng the IT Minister Shri @rsprasad for the last 7 yrs bt to no avail. It nds, a tower nearby to improve.

Very poor customer service by bsnl mobile i try more 5hrs to connect with customer care but every time line busy waiting msg and i get msg your service stoped due to not recharge mobile no i dont know why they cant compete with jio or airtel @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_BR When you are solving issue ? Lot of complaints ware given but your BSNL Chapra BA is not doing anything. Instruct them to keep all BTS sector live and replace the faulty cards as earliest. Also tell then to run RF drive in my village.

@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate internet services of fiber are terrible. people will not curse privatization if they will comapre the work done and performance. my office has connection 02942947596 . we are having 150 mbps plan but speed of a SIM internet is better than bsnl fiber.

@VisitUdupi Try inquiring any cable provider near your area if they offer internet. The service is they provide will be 100 times better than BSNL does. I had to wait for at least 2 to 3 days if there was any issues for Bsnl ppl to come fix. Rn if there is any issue 2-3 hrs ppl come to fix

@VisitUdupi Speed is good but reliability is not... So if your work does not involve deadlines or uninterrupted connectivity, definitely go for it... Also check the customer service in your area... Done places get immediate service, done just don't! BSNL is good!
