@rsprasad SIM card of postpaid number 9408708540 of BSNL taken in Gujarat has become faulty. I have shifted to Chandigarh. BSNL has emailed that I would have to go to Gujarat to get it replaced. Can it not be done in Chandigarh. Please help.

@CredAppSupport1 hello I am Maroti Panchal. I have done BSNL recharge of 141 on dt 23. 01.2023. But it didn't recharge. While chatting with the support team, I am giving my transaction ID. But when inquired with bsnl customer officer they clearly said recharge not done.

@GooglePayIndia I tried to recharge my BSNL account with ₹397 and ₹10 when my bsnl sim was blocked and bsnl customer care said the recharge amount is not valid for blocked subscriber and said to get the refund i have to contact with the app through which i tried to recharge.
