    This is a new turn... i hope these BSNL employees behave professionally and help govt to revive it. I remember my exp with them once. Horrible customer care. They just let the consumer suffer.

    @BSNL_HP Sir BTS issue at Garli in Dehra SDCA of Dharamsala SSA is still unresolved. May I know the present status of the matter. It has already been over three months that customers are waiting for BSNL signal in their cellphones. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @BSNL_PB Ok thanks...but BSNL mobile tower in mataur,mohali is not working properly..when there is a power cut in the area there is no signal.

    @VodafoneIN Do not choose this chor company @VodafoneIN. Useless and pathetic service of internet. I recharge with 199 but net working like road rolar. Coustomer care and ivr services of voda can give blood pressure problem. Port your sim to bsnl or Jio.

    @BSNL_PB I recharge on 24 june with 399 amount deduct but till now day not regarge done and not refund any money i pay again 399 for recharge, you also know how can i trust on bsnl if not solve my issue till now day

    Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

    Very poor customer service by bsnl mobile i try more 5hrs to connect with customer care but every time line busy waiting msg and i get msg your service stoped due to not recharge mobile no i dont know why they cant compete with jio or airtel @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

    @rsprasad SIM card of postpaid number 9408708540 of BSNL taken in Gujarat has become faulty. I have shifted to Chandigarh. BSNL has emailed that I would have to go to Gujarat to get it replaced. Can it not be done in Chandigarh. Please help.

    @kapsshimla Problem of Privatisation is downsizing manpower & making it performance oriented. This requires huge funds like being done in BSNL. Land shedding is only an off set measure. They are sitting on excess prime land.

    @TelecomTalk Even though BSNL has not increased the price, the validity is decreasing day by day. On top of that, the service is average. It is not yet time to use BSNL as a Primary SIM.
