    @BSNLCorporate broadband line has stopped working 3 days back. Official helpline number doesn't connect. BSNL app isn't working. Website customer portal doesn't serve the purpose. Local agent who gets the work done isn't helping. BSNL staff at local office isn't reachable.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir there is very serious issue of BSNL service in our area every weekend ther is no network at all in our area. We are facing this issue seen last 3-4 months please fix this otherwise you will lose ur customer base from our area Pin code-431114

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate from past 25-30days..bsnl network has been pathetic... whenever there's no electricity in my area,there will be no network...even after electricity comes,,there is no network...i am getting 1-2 hour of 3G coverage in 24 hours..kindly fix asap in my area.

    @BSNLCorporate i have installed the ftth bsnl fiber at my residence with a 100 mbps plan but everyday there is service outage, what is the reason for this and why i haven't seen any resolution.....i am incapacitated without the fiber internet everyday this is really frustrating.
