    @BSNL_HR Sim stops working only after 1 month. 3rd class quality. That is why BSNL is going down & down & down. Again its time to port.

    @BSNLCorporate When I disconnected the connection on 31 oct then why should I pay for next time period. I had already attached the disconnection slip j got. Although there was no signal of internet and call before 15 day of disconnection . When I not used any service of bsnl @BSNLCorporate

    Ordnance factory board got budgetary support of 15000 crores which is even higher than its sales. This is just another money guzzling white elephant like Air India and BSNL and need immediate corporatisation/should be shut. We taxpayers cannot bear the burden of inefficiencies.

    @BSNLCorporate Also, your agen DD Rao in palam vihar claims only 5 devices can be connected to fibre broadband, is this true? When i called BSNL customer care, they said it's not the case. The agent is doing his own setting modem to restrict devices. Pls take action. #malpractice #fraud

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP We have facing internet issue of wireless broadband from day before yesterday in Bhondsi area near maruti kunj bsnl exchange, there is no one to take response from BSNL side we are facing to much connectivity problem

    BSNL / MTNL need 4G spectrum for operations. Similarly Voda Idea needs OFC network of BBNL & BSNL. If Govt allows BSNL / MTNL and Voda Idea to use each other spectrum & OFC, it will be win win situation for both companies.

    @snp299 Started with Airtel, switched over to BSNL to Idea to Vodafone to Jio & back to Airtel.Condition does not improve.Every system does not perform efficiently at all locations. Jio/BSNL work better in rural, Idea-Voda in A, B cities, Airtel-C cities too but poor deep inside house.

    @BSNL_HR Sir but why not resolved my problem and as per citizen charter how many days resolved my problem. I pay to Bsnl every month 1100 rupees without services. Before one month the connection was comfortable running how.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate everyday I've to used mobile hotspot at home despite bsnl broadband, that's how bad your services are. On top of that not once have i received a technician call/visit for 100+ complaints registered by me

    Extremely dissatisfied with the connectivity problem of @BSNLCorporate @BSNLMH_Nagpur @haryanabsnl at Gurgaon. There's no one to monitor the connectivity problem. Sheer wastage of public money to bailout BSNL. Request @rsprasad @DoT_India @TRAI to direct BSNL to improve service.

    , it breaks the entire dual-SIM functionality, causing my secondary SIM (whether Jio or Airtel) in the other slot to completely lose its internet and cellular network. Crucially, as soon as I remove the BSNL SIM from the tray, the other SIM (Jio/Airtel) instantly starts working
