Ordnance factory board got budgetary support of 15000 crores which is even higher than its sales. This is just another money guzzling white elephant like Air India and BSNL and need immediate corporatisation/should be shut. We taxpayers cannot bear the burden of inefficiencies.

@BSNLCorporate I have BSNL landline broadband but speed is very slow around 3 mbps. I was calling customer care to change the plan to 120GB_CUL with 20 mbps till 120 GB but nobody is picking the call on customer care. Please help expedite this. I’m in IT and not able to work.

@snp299 Started with Airtel, switched over to BSNL to Idea to Vodafone to Jio & back to Airtel.Condition does not improve.Every system does not perform efficiently at all locations. Jio/BSNL work better in rural, Idea-Voda in A, B cities, Airtel-C cities too but poor deep inside house.

@MIB_India From today's morning no BSNL mobile internet in Raghunathganj Circle, Murshidabad,WB. I lodged complaint, B0723107233969, but till now the situation is same. SD, JTO Engineers all are remain indifferent. Why penalty will not be imposed against the BSNL Officers ?
