@BSNL_HR Sir but why not resolved my problem and as per citizen charter how many days resolved my problem. I pay to Bsnl every month 1100 rupees without services. Before one month the connection was comfortable running how.

@BSNLCorporate I have BSNL landline broadband but speed is very slow around 3 mbps. I was calling customer care to change the plan to 120GB_CUL with 20 mbps till 120 GB but nobody is picking the call on customer care. Please help expedite this. I’m in IT and not able to work.

Extremely dissatisfied with the connectivity problem of @BSNLCorporate @BSNLMH_Nagpur @haryanabsnl at Gurgaon. There's no one to monitor the connectivity problem. Sheer wastage of public money to bailout BSNL. Request @rsprasad @DoT_India @TRAI to direct BSNL to improve service.

@TheQuint But @BSNLCorporate has to improve quality of service At NOIDA on my earlier as well as present society my BSNL connection doesn't often work whereas Jio has gud connectivity Retaining the no because it is linked to bank AADHAR etc But will have to port it if problem continues
