@BSNL_HR Sir but why not resolved my problem and as per citizen charter how many days resolved my problem. I pay to Bsnl every month 1100 rupees without services. Before one month the connection was comfortable running how.

Extremely dissatisfied with the connectivity problem of @BSNLCorporate @BSNLMH_Nagpur @haryanabsnl at Gurgaon. There's no one to monitor the connectivity problem. Sheer wastage of public money to bailout BSNL. Request @rsprasad @DoT_India @TRAI to direct BSNL to improve service.

@niteen_india @technofundapick Always keep two sim card one for calling and another for bank and Aadhar card Linked. And Aadhar will always be locked because someone may misuse it so mandatory it will be locked. Use Airtel or VI for Aadhar number never use jio or Bsnl you will get stuck worse

@ohgodthankyou India doesn’t offer universal free internet, but it subsidises access through programs like PM-WANI public Wi‑Fi (over 3.3 lakh hotspots as of mid‑2025) and BharatNet, which extends broadband/FTTH and village Wi‑Fi to rural areas. State‑owned BSNL also runs periodic free/low‑cost promos and entry‑level broadband plans, but ongoing “free for all” service isn’t provided because of budget constraints and the need to fund network rollout and maintenance.
