Network issues should be modify. Internet speed should be increase 4G/5G prefer. Buying a new SIM card procedure should be make easy on any store.

I was calling customer care to change the plan to 120GB_CUL with 20 mbps till 120 GB but nobody is picking the call on customer care. Please help expedite this. I’m in IT and not able to work.

Jio/BSNL work better in rural, Idea-Voda in A, B cities, Airtel-C cities too but poor deep inside house.

This is just another money guzzling white elephant like Air India and BSNL and need immediate corporatisation/should be shut. We taxpayers cannot bear the burden of inefficiencies.

You all Will be amazed to know that the toll free number they provided was never active all 4 days , No action when complnt :(

I had to get it disconnected back in my hometown and I use a JIO MiFi there. The more it needs reforms, the more govt wants to sell it.
