    @JioCare on my phone I am unable to use 5G inside and this is pathetic, and when raised the complaint it has 10 days of window, man what do I do for 10 days. Like this is not how you do.

    @JioCare do customers of jio fiber have to wait 24 hours to get connectivity issues with jio fiber fixed ? Why can't you guys send repairmen in the same day so that people don't miss out on their work ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint Ref: SR000039HGB1 Complaint still not resolved. Internet issue is getting worse day by day. Very poor service and only false promises so far. We pay for service not for excuses. Fix the network immediately or I will port to another provider.

    @JioCare Is this your process asking customer PII details over social media you should have sent mail for that, Please take some support from senior and i have sent mail to Jio care mail ID also, What were you want please ask me over email.

    @JioCare Hello Durgesh You maybe aiming for the sky. The truth is that your services are pathetic. Last 3 months, 6 times your connection has been down for more than 48 hours. Check my history of complaints. I’d like to cancel my connection & get my refund.
