    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since evening. Multiple calls to customer care, yet no resolution or ETA. I work from home and can't do my job because of your poor service. This is unacceptable. Restore my connection immediately or escalate the issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s already been more than 3 days without service. Your engineer visited on 22 July and confirmed the issue is on your network side, not at my home. I was informed the service would be restored within 24 hours, but there has been no resolution.(1/2)

    @JioCare network in my office area is very bad . Knowledge city & Gowra Palladium building area PIN 500089. Can’t make calls and No Internet. It’s been same issue for months !!

    @reliancejio @JioCare why to take advance money from customer if you don’t have tower and coverage in the area? You installed connection without coverage and now now refunding money? Proceed with refund
