    @JioCare Why do I recharge again when I have reacharge truly 5g unlimited plan of your network issue in the area then why again and again pay you. It's your fault you have to pay me as compensation to me from the jio site and you told me to recharge 11 rupees for data why why why ???

    @JioCare After days of service disruption, repeated missed commitments and no resolution despite multiple escalations, I expect more than another assurance. My business has been significantly impacted by this prolonged outage. Along with immediate restoration of my services @JioCare (1/2)

    Can you please launch unlimited 4g plan like Airtel & Vi for 4g users as many people are still there in 4g networks & not able to upgrade to 5g & in many areas even with 5g handset but the 5g network is not proper stable & strong it goes mainly to 4g only @reliancejio

    My friend bought a new jio sim card his 5 g isn't activated yt .. we have tried to contact the customer care but failed to connect so please give us ur customer care number so that they can further assist us @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is happening again and again. Today there is no network coverage from Morning 7 AM to 6.05 PM. Thats 11 hours!. Need serious attention. Horrible !
