  @JioCare totally sick of your support for jio fiber. I raised a complaint yesterday, nobody came. today a service guy came and he saw the wiring has been destroyed and he said he will be back with wire and made my complaint on hold. He didnt arrive at all, I called him and he was saying today we have a meeting of all engineers, and he will be at my place by 3:30, he didnt arrive again and when i see in myjio app the complaint is not anymore shown and the guy doesnt even picks my phone now. They have no working habits or accountability. Only your vile team keep calling with useless messages without any resolution. Your service is a joke and substandard offering like all Jio operations. I have no hopes from your team at all, because you have gone totallly downhill with complaints. Zero responsibility Zero service Zero overall, shame on you.

  @JioCare Yes..but there is no change in the scheduled appointment date of service engineer.. request to reschedule the visit for tomorrow to sort out the issue

  @JioCare Jio fiber is Made in China item, If it works well it works,if troubles no one give assistance and never work,pray to god for who choose jio fiber and jio air (including me who suffers from last 2 days with these china item).Act fiber is best in india no issue since 4 yrs

  Dear @JioCare, my internet service has been down since yesterday. I raised SR SR00003CI8AV on 28 Jul, but the issue is still unresolved. app only shows “Home visit scheduled” and “We regret the delay” without any resolution. This is causing serious inconvenience. Plz prioritize

  @reliancejio towers in gondegaon and dumri - Nagpur are not functional so no air fibre connectivity since last night. Issue is not resolved yet.

  @JioCare can you resolve my service request regarding jio fiber. My jio fiber is not working from last one month and I scheduled the technician multiple time but no one is giving home visit. My one month payment is wasted. Please fix it asap
