    @JioCare from last a month, there's a problem in your network in my area. Internet and calling stopped working. At that time, my phone showing coverage but your service won't work. I have to do airplane mode on-off 2 times to start your service. Pls check.

    @JioCare @JioCare Sir I have created my retailer id through jio pos lite so that I can do sim activation of customer but here I am not getting any service from distributor.I also contacted jio retailer helpline but no one helped me there. Please help me.

    @JioCare Can you tell me how many days it takes for resolution ?? How many days jio team took for engg visit ??? I m receiving mails that issue is sent eslalate team then why am not getting any revert ot my net pack ???

    @JioCare @grivences @TRAI my stb installation time has been rescheduled without any information. When I asked in cus care he told Jio can't work as per your wish. We will assign engineer only when they are available. If not interested cancel the connection. Worst experience 😔

    @JioCare I had raised set top box pickup request since 24th April and after 4 appointments no one has come to pickup. I am relocating to a different state and have 24 hrs to move out of my current house. Please get the set top box picked up and issue refund of security deposit.
