@JioCare Dear Team Jio, network of Jio is available in our locality because we have other Jio sim also. But the new ported sim is allowing to make or receive call and sms. That's is why we say your customer service team doesn't know the ground and real issue we are facing. Really 😔

@JioCare Please note I had received Jiofiber pickup time for +91 3613546437 on 9.00 am 18th Dec 21. But no response from your team. Please do the needful. Hope for a better service instead of negligence.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I do recharge of 1178/m which shows in your app that prime will be available and yet it was asking me for extra subscription I called in just now and the the operator was rude put me on hold for 20 mins and abused my right to service (1/2)

Twitter is not working either on App or chrome , have to use mobile data for twitter. What's wrong with jio fibre . This needs to be fixed as soon as possible . @JioCare @reliancejio
