Hi @JioCare having slowest internet speed even in the morning. Tried reinstall internet settings, restart mobile, removed app chache-cookies, switched mobile... still same issue.

@reliancejio how careless your company is, I've posted several times here and even, I called it to you customer support not less than 20 times but still no updates. I don't recommend it to anyone who is willing to use your network. Jio fiber is the worst ever which I used.

@varunkrish Same issue with me. Despite all conditions met @reliancejio @JioCare telling to wait for invite. Have been jio subscriber since the day of their launch. However many are able to use it without any invitation. Terrible

@varunkrish @reliancejio @JioCare Same here sir. This is just a gimmick to promote their services, if they allow everyone onboard to their 5G service they also know that speeds won’t be that good. It is just another kind of marketing strategy.

@JioCare District Barabanki Sub District Haidergarh In Haidergarh, net works slow for 10 days and call attention is also there, when you tell your point to Jio customer care, they disconnect the call without listening to the whole thing, they do not solve the problem.

@reliancejio Updated to latest ios but no invite for 5g …Post paid users ain’t getting invite what’s the issue ??? And not getting the 5g usage while prepaid ones can use the service…seems discrimination towards postpaid users
