Hi, I have a Jio fiber plan of rental 999 ,but when I try to download my invoice from myjio app, it is giving monthly charges of 877 only. It should be 999plus tax. I have called jio care repeatedly for last 3 days but no help. Disappointed. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare What do you mean try to take a step. I am paying for service but I am not getting. Today also my internet speed is pathetic. I need complaint number and resolution time. Don't give copy paste information. Worthless company and worthless employee. Irresponsible, fraudulent.

@reliancejio what kind of services you are providing in our village areas. Network is good but no internet connectivity. And every time your customer care executive are making us fool. Saying its a temporary problem and will solve it in 10 days same statement from last 2 years

@reliancejio @JioCare I am working from home and jio is giving me speed of 10kbps from today morning. I have switched airplane mode on and off 100 times from morning, checked network in various places, selected network manually but no luck. Still getting 5-10 kbps speed
