  @JioCare Jio has the worst service ever. The internet speed is extremely poor, calling is not reliable, and I’m constantly facing call drop issues. I feel like recharging with ₹349 was the biggest mistake I made. I seriously regret choosing Jio.

  @JioCare I had recharged for my jio airfiber 912513561517 but still the plan has not been activated. I tried calling customer care also tried chat on myjio and WhatsApp but no live chat has been started. Resolved at the earliest

  @JioCare R u not ashamed to shut down my internet for more than 25days & charging for the same. Can u return the money I paid? So that I can opt for a better service provider like ACT or Airtel..

  @JioCare I have rcvd atleast 15 automated calls from diff no’s, reminding to recharge my jio number. Once or twice is fine, why are u troubling by calling so many times? Your 199 no, as well is automated, couldnt even speak to a customer care representative.

  @JioCare Hey after calling from last 3 month and getting unprofessional behaviour from the customer desk i realised how much money have been made by not refunding the hard earned money of the customers. I have submitted my receipt of transaction of jio fiber instead of refunding.

  @JioCare Are you blind that you cannot see the message in which the issue has been mentioned. You guys did not even read message properly and replied, first read it carefully, I said why my issue was not fixed, the engineer is visiting daily, please get my issue fixed.
