    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    The worst network of india is VI(Vodafone).We are living in 2026 and the network services are like 2014.Please tell me how are u still surviving in india. By the way im switching my network to @reliancejio but u can improve your network at pin342301 raj. @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

    @JioCare This clearly shows a complete lack of accountability, confidence, and commitment from your team towards resolving customer issues. Instead of fixing the problem, your staff is advising customers to leave — which is shocking and reflects very poorly on your service standards.

    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio
