@reliancejio @JioCare I have put multiple requests to take my Jio Fiber Device back, called customer care multiple times and they saying you will get schedule details on message, I haven’t received it yet. Please arrange for pickup asap - I am leaving my place in 2 days.

@JioCare Hello every taluka means every corner of India should be covered but its not true. You didn't lay your lines in all village of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.For eg. In my village Kaushalya Nagar, Rangat. I hope you would take action on this issue ASAP.Currently there is no 4g also.

@reliancejio your voice assistant and chat is useless and if the issue is not in the menu what should a consumer do? keep quiet???? also if I am quetioning the basis behind the extra charges itself there is no option to ask for it to be reviewed.

@JioCare @Thesuryaman Jio Fibre relocation is just a bluff. There is a hell lot of issue with engineers. They will make it worse. Always provide wrong information to customers and jio care always support their false promises.
