Never seen a poor customer care service like @JioCare this is frustrating.been trying to contact + Dm’ing but no response. If today too the same story goes on , i will switch over to any other operator. Thanks. Will never encourage anyone in my circle too to use jio hereafter

@JioCare Instead of resolving the issue, your team is saying that due to more number of users in that area, the internet is very slow, and they are unable to rectify it. How Airtel is giving fine coverage in that area, if there are large number of users.
