    Dear @reliancejio , why is your network coverage so patchy in Jaitpur,Bhabua ? In GEC Kaimur where I live and read where I learn, people complain of not being able to reach me on phone. This been happening for a long time. Can you help or should I switch? @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare My sim is not showing any network and I am unable to recharge my number. I tried Gpay and amazon pay, but they are not accepting it and asking for 10 digit no. but my no. is only 8 digit. I have DM'ed you the mobile no. kindly solve the issue. asap

    @reliancejio jio please improve your network in bihar state , because your network quility is very bad . Your network rating is 3/10 . Your network speed is 20kb-200kb maximum . now you say about your network . I am big fan of jio from early 2016 .
