Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

You guys only share installation complaints, which customers can request the same themselves, but you well never escalate the actual concerns raised by customers to the appropriate authorities. I need an acknowledgement or reference number confirming that this issue has been escalated to a higher level. This will help me proceed with legal action directly instead of repeatedly raising the same concern with your Nodal Officer team.

Every time I called them the only solution they were giving me was to make payment one more time - a great way to loot hard earn money of customers
