    @JioCare Hampering my work as I use wifi for my office work not to surf just internet. You tell it is valid reason to raise relocation just to change the poll point. on Saturday issue came. Sunday and Monday already gone now it's Tuesday and still issue is pending with no guarantee.

    @JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

    @JioCare You can check once connection gets restore only pole box number will change nothing else. I am just mentally harassed by your engineer for not willing to work. The time and energy they waste in explaining why they can't do the fix and it's not there job. In same time ty cn fix.

    @JioCare Engineer came and visited the site. But unfortunately your 24 hours of TAT to resolve the issue which anyways you are not able to complete is not allowing me to raise relocation request as again it's needed 24 hours to get the request close.

    @reliancejio we are facing the Internet connectivity issues in My Jio fiber last 03 days & complain already registered with the customer care but we won’t get any solutions till now . Now I want close my connection & refund my money because I am chasing lots of issues from JIO .
