    @JioCare Jio Fiber is not working after installation. Boy name Satyam sold me this connection and his senior person Rahul they Both aren’t taking my call. It’s 10th day today of not getting Internet service after paying full money on 1st day. #worstjiointernetexperience

    @reliancejio I ordered one airconditioner on 16.11.22 vide order 16658999650195963A for 28990 The same was never delivered but marked as returned on 07.11.22. Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

    @JioCare You can check once connection gets restore only pole box number will change nothing else. I am just mentally harassed by your engineer for not willing to work. The time and energy they waste in explaining why they can't do the fix and it's not there job. In same time ty cn fix.

    Very bad experience with customer service. They always told me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the internet connectivity issue in my area and its been 10 days But as usual they made fake commitment every day and no resolution till yet. What should I suppose to do.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

    I requested for cancelation of jiofiber on Monday but none of your employee came to disconnect jiofibre yet now I am trying to call you no one answer my call .. if you don't want disconnect the service then please give my refund otherwise disconnect the service fast @JioCare

    @JioCare Reply sent and u can check the previous chat history also. I downgraded my plan from 100mbps to 30 mbps for this reason only as I was hardly getting a speed of 10 mbps and now the internet speed is down in single digits.

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio jiocare Jio Fiber harassing through poor service. Internet connectivity down since last week. Repeated complaints not being responded to. Messages say engineer visit is scheduled and then the visit is abruptly put on hold.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has now been exactly 1 month since I paid ₹3332 for Jio AirFiber (Order ID: NO0001D08Q5C). No installation, no technician visit, no proper response - only repeated false promises like “future date” and “soon.” Multiple service requests were falsely marked as “processed” without any action. Even after filing complaint with National Consumer Helpline (ID: 9228818), there is still no resolution. I no longer want the service. I want full refund immediately. If this is not resolved, I will proceed with legal action for deficiency of service, refund, harassment, and related expenses.
