@reliancejio Bitter ground reality of your customer service, I took 4 jio fiber connections for my office in Bhopal and paid in advance the total amount for 4 connections. Unfortunately connection is still not active and now even your representative has stopped picking my phone.

I request jio to pickup my jio fiber box ASAP and refund security amount. No one came for pickup even after calling customer care 4-5times.. they just say your issue will be done tomorrow but tomorrow not came till now. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio 2nd day. No solution to the problem. No person visits. I didnt expected such service from Jio. This is total ignorance. Jiofiber after service has now deteriorated to the worst level and do not care about the consumers.

@JioCare Many users have problem but they don't even try to contact you they just adjust with the problems but I am not one of them, I am using 3 number of jio and the problem as same with all the number, I am providing the screenshot look the speed of data, You must check on ground.

@JioMart_Support The complaint was given on 28th Feb and date for resolution given by Jio was 3rd March. Called customer care they do not have any update. Jiocare is only doing only social media management no action. I am questioning my decision to order from jio instead of Amazon.
