@JioCare You can check once connection gets restore only pole box number will change nothing else. I am just mentally harassed by your engineer for not willing to work. The time and energy they waste in explaining why they can't do the fix and it's not there job. In same time ty cn fix.

@JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

@JioCare Engineer came and visited the site. But unfortunately your 24 hours of TAT to resolve the issue which anyways you are not able to complete is not allowing me to raise relocation request as again it's needed 24 hours to get the request close.

Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio broadband.payment deducted from my bank and credited to Jio's yesbank account. But recharge not reflecting, and this is prolonging for 30days. Daily one ticket and it gets canceled the next day. Will not continue using anymore.
