@JioCare @reliancejio today i went to service centre in bhopal(mp nagar),address of which i got from jio care but they also directed me to go to another place what type of service is this please replace my unit as i am fed up of this faulty thing.

I seem to have gotten no right solution to a problem every Airtel sim user is undergoing here. The solution of swapping with a new sim was put forth, which is a result of lack of probing; but porting into either @Idea or @reliancejio would do. Thanks, Airtel! @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @reliancejio I have jio phone 1 and is still in warranty, its keypad is not working properly and is hanging very frequently. I had gone to service centre in two states and both directed me to another one saying the issue can't be resolved there 1/2

Raised a complaint thrice for repairing the jio fiber cable which is lying on the ground. All I hear from the customer care is that the request is in process and the engineer will visit soon. It has been three days but no engineer has visited. @reliancejio @JioCare
