@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th than for 9th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad Service.

I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

@reliancejio What happens during loadshedding!! Area pincode is 799155. If can't install the generator in the tower unit then why to provide services in the rural area. Though complaint through customer care team, is of no use. Go through the issue.
