    @JioCare @reliancejio In my hometown jio network suddenly stopped working for call & Net but cell network shows full and again started after some times (min 15 mins) problem occurs from yesterday kindly look into. Network tower name is Lahvauli(Lahboli)

    It's been a month since my first complaint. No improvement. Over this period I could use barely 10 GB data (against 25 GB monthly plan). I'm highly disappointed with jio 4g, @JioCare , and @reliancejio . Now it's time for me to make my moves.

    @reliancejio Sir, my wife recharged her Jio Number 9834579503 using HDFC pay zap at 2220 hrson 07 Mar2021for Rs 599/-.However her Jio recharge is still not showing the recharge still. Kindly help. BrigP N Chaudhari.

    @JioCare Utter disgrace !!!!!!your support team is a big sham..since last 72 hrs I am only receiving system generated mgs saying a technician will reach my premise for resolution of the issue..but so far no one has turned up!!!wfh will go for a toss if we keep using Jio fibre!!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio: This month I will benchmark Airtel and BSNL - that's the time I can afford to spare for your company to resolve your service and performance issues. I don't want to keep paying bills for grossly deficient services of your company.

    @VikalpBothara @JioCare The same first slot sim with Vodafone is working fine. But I have my business current account linked to jio sim and i am unable to do any transactions because of this - due to OTP issue.
