@JioCare @reliancejio In my hometown jio network suddenly stopped working for call & Net but cell network shows full and again started after some times (min 15 mins) problem occurs from yesterday kindly look into. Network tower name is Lahvauli(Lahboli)

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I facing issues in receiving OTPs on my number. Through HDFC, SBI, HSBC, Zerodha, SMC, Angel Broking etc. I spoke to customer care executives they are useless. Unable to provide any help. Its been a month now I am facing this issue... @airtelindia

Worst service by jio Irritating before every call on last 3 days of recharge remaining... "aapke plan ki validity khatam hone waali h jald recharge karwaye" @reliancejio @JioCare even called on jiocare and no solutions at all... I know ki mera recharge kab khatam ho raha h...😡😡

@JioCare @reliancejio it's been 2 years i have been waiting for jio fibre to come in my area but the service is so pathetic that they didn't want to get new customers.. they don't want to expand their areas. So rude and pathetic service jio have.

@JioCare Hi Jio Team, Regarding the above Service request. I have got the jio fiber connection installation done on Jan14th 2022. Just after 7 days of usage the router stopped working. When I asked for customer care support, they sent an engineer to fix the problem.

Initiated the conversion of my SIM into eSIM yest. The SIM card is still active and eSim isn't. @JioCare pl help in getting it done. I will not call that toll-free # of yours as it's impossible to reach a human being there who understands. I don't know why I went for eSim.
