    Good morning sir, I am AKASH KUMAR , a Jio customer I like your Telecom service but there is a problem in starting you said that about unlimited Voice call and data Now we pay 150 rs more why @reliancejio @AnilAmbanii @AkashAmbani16

    @JioCare @reliancejio In my hometown jio network suddenly stopped working for call & Net but cell network shows full and again started after some times (min 15 mins) problem occurs from yesterday kindly look into. Network tower name is Lahvauli(Lahboli)

    @JioCare I am a Jio Fibre consumer in Lucknow. No: 05223574280 No internet since 10.30 AM. I called jio helpline at 11.30. She told there was some technical issue, she's processed it from her end and the internet connection will be restored in 30 mitunes 3 hrs hv passed.

    Unable to connect internet ( Now every week this happens usually) and when called customer care ...executive's response was " No one has forced you to avail jio fibre services . You can disconnect." Such a stupid reply. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹12,121.86 upfront for a yearly JioAirFiber Max connection. Installation is completely pending. MyJio app shows Order ID as "null", so I can't cancel digitally. Need an immediate manual cancellation and full refund.Transaction ID in replies-

    Regretting my decision to choose @reliancejio AirFiber! I relocated to a new address and requested a simple connection transfer. @JioCare support tells me: "Your plan was in an offer, so relocation isn't possible. Cancel n pay 4 new connection." Seriously?! #JioAirFiber
