    @JioCare @reliancejio In my hometown jio network suddenly stopped working for call & Net but cell network shows full and again started after some times (min 15 mins) problem occurs from yesterday kindly look into. Network tower name is Lahvauli(Lahboli)

    @JioCare DM is not available at my end. Cell number is 8697650089 where unnecessary calls are getting received from Jio server though it's still available under VI network & opted for Port to Jio

    @JioCare My laptop doesn't support 5 Ghz bandwidth and 2.4 is not showing in my laptop. What is the solution? Can you just raise a service request for that.

    @JioCare Why the executive still not answering the calls. When you have equipment shortage why do you promise to deliver service? 1 day delay is understandable but it’s been 3 days and you are telling me that I will get update after 3 more days.

    @JioCare I am using it regularly and not renewed the connection . As mentioned in notification while payment. It was showing for 2 months. I need that it's not my mistake. Fix your app too. Now i want one month as promised while payment
