Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     @JioCare @reliancejio There’s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working for the last 24 hours. Despite waiting for a resolution, the issue is still not fixed. This is causing significant inconvenience and affecting my work. Kindly look into this urgently and restore the service at the earliest
