Installed Jio AirFiber 6 days ago, stopped working the next day. Red light blinking since 5 days. Support only says restart/reboot but no fix. Either give a clear resolution timeline or process my refund. Very poor experience. @reliancejio @JioCare

I called ur customer support to confrm my existing postpaid plan after recent changes. I was given incorrect info, causing financial loss. This amount to misrepresentation. Complaint raised via email no resolution. If nt addressed promptly, I'll initiate legal action @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio Please refer order number NO0001D2OVVK. The air fibre was booked on 24 Apr 26 with assurance of installation to be completed in 24 hours. No progress has been made so far. Request cancel the order and refund booing amount with Rs 50,000 compensation.
