It takes them 3 days to send an engineer and on the 3rd day engineer doesn’t show up and there’s no communication from @JioCare. They force you to download the app to track service request, which doesn’t show up on the app. ******* useless

Now, your care team is refusing to give me a validity extension for those 12 days. I am literally being forced to pay for a service that you failed to provide.
