    @JioCare @reliancejio In my hometown jio network suddenly stopped working for call & Net but cell network shows full and again started after some times (min 15 mins) problem occurs from yesterday kindly look into. Network tower name is Lahvauli(Lahboli)

    @reliancejio @JioCare In my area, the style of Jio is coming at such a poor speed that I feel like breaking all the sims of Jio kept in the house.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request number SR00002KJ8A4 for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912235623920, scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 23-Apr-2026 between 14:00:00 - 15:00:00. One more day!

    @JioCare The exact problem is - Across the major areas in top cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru - your network shows 5G or LTE bars - calls will work but internet doesn’t work. Even in rural its the same case. Hence, have to rely on Airtel as backup in second sim slot.

    Good thing is having dual sims so you can switch between the networks for internet. @reliancejio network always show full bars but internet works barely and at few places alone. Irony is even to access their own #Jio app, I have to use #Airtel network for internet access. 😤
