@JioCare The customer service is so poor, they just keep repeating the same information that issue would be resolved rather than finding the reason of delay and work on resolution. Customer cannot raise a complaint. Seniors are not available.

@JioCare @Prashantksdev I am already a subscriber of jio fiber. After getting humiliated service, paying full payment month after month for 20 years finally I surrendered bsnl connection as no other service was available in my area. Paid for 100 Mbps and was getting 1 Mbps speed.
