@TRAI why are telecom providers not compensating for network outages at their end in extending validity period. @reliancejio fiber was down for two days. I did not get two days worth of data usage due to their fault. Please ensure accountability and compensation.

@reliancejio Slow internet speed from last 4 to 5 years and I complained many time but still not resolved.Fraud Jio. Jio take full money but service 0 And you said many users uses the internet that's why I face this problem. So it's chutiya Jio's problem not my problem.

@JioCare my jio fibre order no. is NO0000JP17G8, I have paid 1500 on 15th Dec, today it's 20 Dec and no one yet came for connection set up. You are rescheduling it again and again, Refund my money. never seen such a pathetic service

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I do recharge of 1178/m which shows in your app that prime will be available and yet it was asking me for extra subscription I called in just now and the the operator was rude put me on hold for 20 mins and abused my right to service (1/2)
