    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @reliancejio I was too distuting . The speed of internet complety down like video uploaded in ERA of 19 century. For last 30 mintue not able to upload video. Too poor service

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio 5G welcome offer not received yet, network is also available, 5g mobile is also recharged, latest software is also updated, yet Jio 5g offer is not received. Airtel is better than this, 5G network is also coming and running. Jio is bad

Maintenance is understood & acceptable but if it is for entire month then it's a big NO.

    @JioCare not able to receive otp messages on my jio mobile no. in Delhi. Tested same on other non jio network otps are working. Payment gateway is Razorpay. These issues are becoming very common nowadays in jio. 😡 Please fix your network.

    @SamsungIndia What is the use of new and good phone, if 5G connectivity is horrible. Check @reliancejio quality, in office buildings...it is better to go back to 3G or 2G for calls.

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing network problem at my alternate number. Daily experiencing 6 -8 hrs with no network. Due to this dropping mine work in loss. Also called once for issue. No resolution up till now. Number is in name of wife who is unable to visit jio store. Ridiculous

    @JioCare but I was denied access because of your technical failure. I expect JioFiber to take responsibility by restoring my service immediately, refunding or adjusting the charges for the 22 days of service outage, and explaining why I am being asked to pay again for a service

    @JioCare I could not use. This has been a very disappointing experience and is not the level of service expected from JioFiber. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue my complaint through the appropriate consumer authorities.

    @JioCare @reliancejio and even filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), it is now 5 PM and no one has arrived or provided any confirmed timeline. I can no longer wait. Please cancel my order (NO0001EHE25E) immediately and process a full refund.

    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service for order NO0001EJGTUU. The assigned member is completely unresponsive, ignoring my calls and messages, and refusing to take ownership. This is gross negligence. @JioCare, please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare I paid for JioFiber, but your ground staff disconnected my connection without informing me. Recharging a non-functional connection is nothing but a waste of a customer's money. Refund my recharge or issue a 1-year validity voucher. Hold the responsible staff accountable
