    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare Connection installed today, set of box picture quality is very poor, I think did a mistake by changing service provider, Airtel was far better, only problem was poor net connectivity.

    @JioCare If I can't figure my way around the App, and raise a support request, or reach a support helpline (the 1800 number goes in circles for an IVR) -> how are parents supposed to handle this? We literally begged the Airtel guy to fix our issue cos nobody from @JioCare was helping.
