    @JioCare I m based at the prominent area of N. Delhi i.e. Safdurjung encl & still no network from JIO Wndrng hw other subscribers mst b hvng experience frm other prt of country. Acquiring customers is not a successful busines strategy...customer service & experience must be utmost goal.

    @vj_sparrow @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio True... Their IVR is nightmare and it's so much time wasting... And they don't work on customer complaints... They are paying bribe to Ookla or Govt dept to show fake Reports of Fastest4G. Coz in not a single speed test. I got speed above 10mbps in any area in Delhi NCR.

    Jio is offering 4G & 5G service but Mobile network is so poor around IGI Delhi T3 Area, I was at the airport and unable to make or receive any calls from my Jio number @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    Hello @JioCare . I wonder what u did aftr tkn my number n alternate no. My internet is still extrmly slow. N I did not gt any call frm ur end. I did the settings gvn by your customer care by it didn't wrkd. If you have saved my nos anywhere pls use thm to call n resolve d issue.

    @mohdnavajish275 You will keep waiting for the resolution. Instead, get your number switched to some other operator. @reliancejio could be the best option as they are launching 5G superfast & network connectivity has been improved over the period of time.

    @JioCare am at Pravachmabalam Junction, Triavandrum now. My phone got connected to your 5G network automatically(using 4G for first time). But unable to make/receive calls. Internet is superb. If I switch to 4G, calls work. Using Samsung S20 FE 5G #issue
