    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    Hi @JioCare I don't think you have any value of any customers. Since yesterday 4 PM I am facing not problem but complete blockage by @reliancejio network. The same thing happened in Dec 22.

    @JioCare for last more than 24hrs my internet is not working. Opened SR00003A5Z2T, engineer was assigned to visit on 4th jul between 1 to 2 PM. When i called engineer at 3 pm he said i dont have any SR assigned to me talk to customer care.

    @JioCare @JioCare ur customer care is pathetic. Why they rescheduled engg visit when i called them at 6pm? Where u guys sleeping and waiting for customer to call ? I canceled all my plan as engg was to visit yesterday and engg says he doesn’t know if he has been assigned SR.@DoT_India

    @JioCare @nch1915 @consumercourtin Please stop shifting the burden of investigation onto me. You know which engineer was assigned to my service request—verify the facts with him. The issue is simple: the engineer refused to replace the faulty fiber cable, demanded money, and I continue to face recurring outages.
