    To make this public, @reliancejio and @JioCare have failed to resolve my issue even after raising the complaint 5 times in last 30 days. For Inhave suffered this, let this be a lesson for others that do not get jio fiber. The service team is the worst.

    @reliancejio In the past month, my jio fiber has stopped working 5 times and resolution takes 24hours. I am tired of incompetency by your engineers who fail to fix my issue. I pay for a service for 30 days, not 24 days, not 25 days, but 30 days. I want a resolution today itself.

    In Buxar,Bihar There's worst jio fiber service,they came for my jiofiber registration 5 days ago but still they can't do connection of jiofiber in my house. I called them so many times but they can't set schedule for my jio fiber connection. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber
