    @JioCare one the most unprofessional and un cooperative care center which is of no use ...tottal nucense and hardly respond to customers fr there queries...what a pity.whts the point to become no 1 when ur service is 3rd rated

    @reliancejio very worst service by jio fiber, plz don't get fiber from jio, they use worst router , the renge is few meters , is that the joke. How all the devices will syn if the signel quality "the range is too worst" is too poor. Why u can't change the wenders of router.

    @JioCare At least a month, in evening time there is no service/ regarding net. Apps just searching for the network.

    @JioCare I know how to recharge ...!! My point is that why Jio Fiber has no offers for recharging via online wallets .. like we have for recharging the prepaid mobiles! Go & check urself, & u would find all the broadband service providers in each of the wallets I've mentioned, xcept JF!!

    @JioCare Only reason I'm using @ViCustomerCare Because they provide unlimited data at 12am to 6am and weekend data rollover, you need to provide those kind of offers at least on your annual plans, in that way you can make customer buy your annual packs

    Issue is not resolve yet, Facing the same issue, if Vi cant resolve issue i ll request to don’t advertise that Vi is the fastest network, I think Airtel is much better than Vi @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence This thread shows how @JioCare absolutely doesn’t care. I’ve had issues the whole month with no internet for the past 10 days and they’ve indirectly conveyed that they WON’T repair my connection. I’d like to move to AirtelFibre. Do you happen to have any offers?
