@reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

Today ios launched 5G update for iPhones on beta. However after update I don’t any place where can I see 5G service @reliancejio then why so buzz that 5G in delhi is live.

@JioCare @TRAI JIO customers are animals, living in the jungle! For a long time, the server has been zero from 6 pm to 2 am. The server becomes zero at any time of the day, with 16 hours of service down in 24 hours. The internet doesn't work, just wait for the server to fix.
