I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

What makes this even more frustrating is that we pay exactly the same tariffs as customers across India. We don’t pay a single rupee less just because
