    Dear @reliancejio I think you’re not able to run your network company properly so please shut down this. because so many peoples including me facing the network problems while calling and using internet when ever i call customer support they are promising for better network .

    @JioCare Worst service of jio fiber. Instead of resolving my issue, you are rescheduling my complaint without my consent. Due to your Pathetic service of jio fiber team, my works are getting badly hampered. Now it's enough I am going to switch to Airtel fiber. Goodbye @agrawalvishal

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio broadband is not working from last 2 mnth # bill is on with no signal # poor cust service in Lajpat ngr delhi .Service request is closed with out resolution SR00001G8JW0. No response from Mr Khushmay or Mr Nitin .

    Hi @JioCare I don't think you have any value of any customers. Since yesterday 4 PM I am facing not problem but complete blockage by @reliancejio network. The same thing happened in Dec 22.

    @JioCare Nancy , i have mentioned everything, still if you guys need more information means u are not equipped to handle such kind of issues. Then irrespective of how best your infra is there will not be any benefit to subscribers. Do let me know here if @JioCare csn solve this else...

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

Maintenance is understood & acceptable but if it is for entire month then it's a big NO.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi calling does not work on samsung fold 3 on jio network. I turn it on & it automatically turns off in few seconds. My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

    @JioCare SR00001JKKYR - 50 calls , 10 emails still struggling to get a resolution from RJIO . Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

    @reliancejio worst services increasing cost day by day in everything. Stop use this bloody jio bas paisa kamana hai ott apps ke bam pe jio paisa lootta hai.....set-top box mai 1000rs ka recharge ke bad ott apps ke liye alag recharge karvao bloody fraud jio now bas ab stop use jio

    @JioCare So I am lying to you. Who is responsible for the issues that i am facing. Technician confirmed there is a problem, Jio is not working good here. Don't just check the speed assign someone to visit here to see the technical aspect as well. That's how you resolve root cause? Notgood

    @JioCare ridiculous service. I am consistently facing high latency and jitter value issue with so many emails written to you with open SR NUMBER SR000032T4S9. Poor service , no use of rescheduling appointments again and again I need my money back else i will take legal action.

    @JioCare Do not send the same reply to every message, please mention the refund details and the date on which the refund will be credited to my account, it is already 9 days. All of my family members are using Jio and you are harassing your customer with same response everytime!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio network internet is not working at Viraval, Navsari- 396445. Please get it checked. Its sucks on different level. I am going change now Its frustrating. Mobile internet and fiber both are not working at all. Please look into it
