    @JioCare Hope that the help is given in time. Have sent the complete address and other details in a DM. Have checked the settings, the problem is with the network and not the settings.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The Jio network at this particular location was working absolutely fine till 2 days back.. Getting no network for the past 2 days. Please rectify.

    @rsna120901 @amitbhawani @reliancejio Same situation here, and i gave up one year ago after several complaints. And in every complain their reply is same "we're working on network boosting your area. This issue will be solved in next 90 days". After two years the issue remains same

    @JioCare working tirelessly!! Took 4 hours to respond with a meaningless answer. There is already sufficient network as per @opensignal but that is inconsistent. can you define your earliest as I am hearing same for last 50 days. @reliancejio #No_network #portOutJio @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now jio is performing worst in internet speed and when we contact customer care & they says our users have increased & this is happening since last 9 months & Now i decided to quit so that your users will decrease i hope all other indians do the same facing the same

    @Airtel_Presence I appreciate the way you proposed. @JioCare idiots doesn't look for Customer delight and satisfaction. they can't address a network issue at prime locations. I will look forward to port out. @reliancejio acquiring market share is not the key, rather you need satisfied user base.

    @JioCare I have been struggling since yesterday to call your customer care. Everytime i am able to connect, the call disconnects within a minute before issue gets resolved. And i do not receive a call back. Can u plz call me and close th issue? I hv already sent DM with my details

    @JioCare I ws disturbed wit d lost phone so I disconnected the call. After disconnect of call I received 50+calls & 100+sms continuously which I hv2 put mobile in flight mode 4 few minutes even after on I received again .Very bad behaviour. Pl check photos&time as proof. 2/2.
