    @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 @MukeshAmbanima This is how your team works on priority after almost 36 hours still response is same engineer is not available. Two possibilities you have done employee reduction or there so many customers like me so all engineers may be fixing there issues

    @Airtel_Presence Tried it many times before to no avail. Same issue faced by my friend too who is also using @airtelindia. I think we should better look for alternatives then to be trapped in ur false claims of having best network in India. @JioCare Care to help!

    @reliancejio I am facing internet issues since three days. Pathetic customer care services. jio fiber representative has no solution for it,they just ask to wait for 24 hrs, they can't connect to senior personal. Local internet providers are better than @reliancejio

    @JioCare speed of internet is very poor. At times it drops to zero as shown by the speed indicator on phone. Pls get it checked and rectified. Have classes on zoom in evening and unable to have them as class gets interrupted due to poor speed

    Hemant Kumar from customer service told be that now our engineer is having covid symptoms due which he is not able to come. I know this will come Jio is taking full advantage of covid wow. up till now they are just playing big shame @JioCare

    Now there are no engineers, just to give me this proof that you are doing your work, which I am going to get l. No engineer has come to me when 40 engineers have come and now no engineer has come to me. I just had to give proof and I have come to the solution, @JioCare

    Do not go like this, I have to cancel my problem, but my problem is not getting solved, but take some other connection in the first place.I am telling the truth in the first place to see that when 40 engineers have come for my problem, still this is the condition @JioCare
