When you charge money from too many users in that area you should provide infrastructure accordingly. Taking money & not providing service for which money taken is a kind of pick-pocketing Shame on u Jio

    @JioCare Same thing asking again and again no any issue resolve action is taken by team. If a second of disconnection happen it will disconnect and interrupt my calls and system while working from home.whatever light of device is there green or red.

    @JioCare Further more, this service center accepts only cash and no other payment mode. And then there is no cashier too. The person who dealt with my request went in asking other staff for change to return my balance amount 🙄
