    @SamsungIndia What is the use of new and good phone, if 5G connectivity is horrible. Check @reliancejio quality, in office buildings...it is better to go back to 3G or 2G for calls.

    @JioCare How can I possibly remember all the names. Why can’t JIO CARE team go through all tickets raised in my account and chase your executives who always gave me false hopes. Even your cancellation team executive who told me add on STB is not a service JIO provides

    @reliancejio @JioCare our Cust Id is 900321634201. Requested for no porting on December 28’2022. A person from no 8595941714 called on Dec 30 ‘Then he shared docs & When I requested him to help in filling docs,he refused & said “ k aap kahi aur se karwa lo”.

    @JioCare 4 months intermittent disruptions, 3 days black out my bill is due today. Appellate team does not respond to emails calls getting unanswered. Calls not getting unanswered, take your time. Will pay only when the issue is resolved

    @reliancejio Platforms The network condition in Kachhauna Patseni (241126) is very poor. Frequent call drops and weak signal strength are creating serious problems for residents. Kindly send your technical team and fix the issue. @JioCare
