    @reliancejio The 5G services are very poor. Speed is not greater or equal to 40kbs also. I am trying to book a train ticket from IRCTC app from last 30 mins but all in vain.

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @SamsungIndia What is the use of new and good phone, if 5G connectivity is horrible. Check @reliancejio quality, in office buildings...it is better to go back to 3G or 2G for calls.

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi calling does not work on samsung fold 3 on jio network. I turn it on & it automatically turns off in few seconds. My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

    @JioCare Worst service of jio fiber. Instead of resolving my issue, you are rescheduling my complaint without my consent. Due to your Pathetic service of jio fiber team, my works are getting badly hampered. Now it's enough I am going to switch to Airtel fiber. Goodbye @agrawalvishal

    On 19th May 2026 I contacted @reliancejio @jio_fiber for an AirFiber connection at my office in Chakan. They promptly came and did KYC and payment. Since then for last 3 weeks I’m waiting for engineer to come and install the connection. Customer care is useless (18008969999).

    @JioCare I am Jio fiber customer since 2022. I use the highest plan of ₹1499 plus taxes. This allows the Amazon Prime membership to be availed by me. I am paying my monthly payments without any delay. There are no pending dues in my account. Since yesterday I am not getting Amazon Prime services at all. I have spoken three times to your Customer care team yesterday & again three times today. They told me that your technical / network team will sort this out. But till now no action has been taken. Your Servhce is so bad Please call me immediately I will DM my contact number Thanks

    @JioCare @reliancejio Also the service request created is not visible to me. I cannot provide any updates on the ticket itself. Note : this delay is hampering my work and i am forced to opt for a refund and another service provider with better service than Jio.
