    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disheartening to say that the network of jio has only degraded with every passing day and false assurances given by the reliance executives are the trademark of company. 4g working at 2g speed. Shut your services

    @JioCare Hey jio, your internet is not working in okhla phase-2 new delhi. Internet speed is too much slow that i can't watch mr.ambani live business meet on twitter today.

    @JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

    @JioCare how disappointing is your service. Sales person called me about 24 times in a period of 3 days to get jio net put. It’s been 6 days since I’ve paid and received an official mail but still no one has come to install the net. Sales guy doesn’t answer now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You are announcing new plans ,set up box etc etc. In ward no.6 mehrauli..we dont have single network since jio launched.. What is the purpose of announcing. Work on ground reality first..

    @JioCare Gigafibre connection not working.Phoned to Custmer Service Center 18008969999 no. of times from my mobile 98910 94256.When call is transferred to advisor, nobody responds. My fixed line broadband ID 01243540324. Router is showing green light which is blinking.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFanClub @anmol_ambani The POOREST #JIO service, every time the same set of response getting . It's been couple of years since we're complaining. Now 5G is next upcoming technology. Do take some action urgently otherwise it would be too late.

    @reliancejio @JioCare We will get this sorted. We tried reaching you but could not connect over phone. Please share a convenient time & alternate number. If you are facing this issues while using earphones/headsets, we would advise you to try calling without these accessories.

    Your customer care saying we will not raise any complaint for this issue. You are having good coverage. Are customers fools who's is calling you. If cannot raise complaint then simply tell us use other isp. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI should have a policy for this

    @JioCare It is humble request to pm sir Central govt understand concern of people of pangi. Bsnl service has reached to worst stage. Central govt give strict target to @reliancejio . Jio reach OFC in 19 Panchayat of "Pangi " district chamba HP till 20 /30 Sept2021 & activate 4G service

    @JioCare Jio care speed is showing up more than 95 Mbps but all apps on all devices are running very slow, be it iPad, Laptop or iPhones. Your bandwidth is terrible. This is an official complaint on the access speed of my JioFiber internet.
