    @JioCare there are any options to refund of recharge amount.after 4 month I recharged jio no. Same problem. Worst net speed.@TRAI any network provider com charge for service,if he failed then return money for failed his service.

    Customer service complaints are closed without contacting the customer or fixing the issue. This seems to be the biggest automation I have seen. @JioCare

    1) Tweeted many times & reminding again. 2) Call drops, no internet, 4G is just a name. Worst ever experience. 3) Will port after a month, when my recharge expires to @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hi @reliancejio, I am getting difficulty in accessing your any service(Call, internet and SMS). I am facing this problem since last 4 days. @Airtel_Presence and @Idea are working perfectly on the same location. Do something because it's too irritating.

    @JioCare This is the second time I had disappointment customer service. Yesterday i.e. on 15th Sep 2019 I was promised to get the new SIM by Monday i.e. 16th Sep 2019 at 11 am but unfortunately no proper response got from your side. This is bad situation and I am beyond upset.

    @JioCare such a pathetic customer experience…..you guys are unable to convert physical sim to esim in more than seven days…even quietly closed the request without asking the customer…made a blunder mistake by porting to jio..@BSNLCorporate was way better than you guys !!

    @JioCare @AhmadNoorulAmin Service of Jio is useless while airtel has a fer better service no doubt but Jio has the customer care service although they will never solve any of your issue but airtel doesn't even have a customer care service.
