    @JioCare How can I possibly remember all the names. Why can’t JIO CARE team go through all tickets raised in my account and chase your executives who always gave me false hopes. Even your cancellation team executive who told me add on STB is not a service JIO provides

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing network problem at my alternate number. Daily experiencing 6 -8 hrs with no network. Due to this dropping mine work in loss. Also called once for issue. No resolution up till now. Number is in name of wife who is unable to visit jio store. Ridiculous

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you doing man not improving their services the chat bot in ur app is bullshit,no one picks up the call in 198 waited almost 15 min and the main problem is We the users are experiencing a major call drop in jio .Im fed up in talking with Jio sim

    @JioCare @reliancejio My request to AirFiber was not processed and I had to ask that connection request to be cancelled - NO0001DP69UW this is the order number. No refund issued so far. There is no way I can reach any human being who can resolve this and there has been multiple posts here on social media asking this to be resolved. When i ask for a resolution, I get a dumb welcome message. Do you want me to file a consumer court complaint for all the trouble you have given so far without offering service or refund?

    Dear @RelianceDigital, @reliancejio I purchased a brand-new Samsung 55Q7F QLED TV from Reliance Digital. Within days of installation, the TV developed a vertical line on the display, indicating a defect in a virtually new product. Despite repeated emails, calls, and follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from Reliance Digital. As the seller of this product, Reliance Digital is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a defect-free product. I purchased a new premium television, not one that requires repair immediately after purchase. I request Reliance Digital's senior management to intervene and arrange the replacement of my defective TV without any further delay.     Hi @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-1000014956127. I hv 4 airtel sims in my plan and 2 of my sims are not working. I get a response that it will be resolved by 29.07 (15 days). Pathetic service to fast lane customers from Airtel, if not resolved I will port to @reliancejio
