@JioCare 4G data speed network is very very very very slow. Many times show offline. Couldn't work at facebook, twitter, Messenger. Couldn't see video. Photo & couldnt send . This is New Delhi pin code 110073 area. Plz provide 4G data speed. I feel very helpless &upset

@reliancejio @JioCare I have Jio Fiber connection and everytime i recharge 999 plan but this time when I recharged the same plan my Amazon Prime Video ott has not been activated whereas when plan was recharged it was showing in that. This is cheating or some error ????@TRAI help

@JioCare Very much disappointing service. In the era of 5G, @JioCare you're not providing 3G speed in my area. We the customer cannot even talk without call drop issue, cannot do video call. Speed that I'm getting 10-50kbps. And I'm tired, complained many times but no result yet.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have been using jio fibre service from last 1 year and it's good. Now I have been transferred to the adjacent district and here jio fibre is not present. Request you to do the needful asap. Here is a large customer group also who looking to switch to jio.
