My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Then I was told my area has reached its “installation limit” and Jio AirFiber cannot be installed I complained to Jio Customer Care 3 days ago. I was assured that installation would be done. Temporary backup was removed after 2 days, while the original was returned unrepaired. During power cuts, there is No Signal, and Jio AirFiber (A6/C6/ODU) also stops working. Please intervene urgently.
