    @JioCare stupid internet service by jio during IPL .totally sucks. If u guy's r not able to provide High speed during high traffic.. why promote ur service and adding on more customers..

    @JioCare Hello JIO. Im using oneplus 7 with primary JIO no. Secondary sim from Vodafone Idea, that I want to port in JIO. Pls suggest and confirm me first can I play both JIO sim in my oneplus 7 phone? Can Incoming outgoing and using data with both JIO sim without any problem.

    Today I realised how unhelpful a customer can feel if the service provider is @reliancejio @JioCare! I’ve been constantly complaining for 6 days now and there is no resolution/support whatsoever.

    We are tirelessly working on this to improve. It is going from last 2 days Again nd again i am calling @JioCare to help us out. No answers!!? We are living in these area from last 2 years, never we faces these kind of issue, but since being last 2 days its going on pathetic way.

    @gauravraj911 @airtelindia @reliancejio & amazing thing is my new location is just 1.5 kms away frm old location.. I am gonna wait til 1Feb or 2Feb after dat i will surrender my wifi connection and also port airtel post connection as well coz i dnt wana b part of such organization & also disconnect d2h service as well.

    @JioCare Thank you for replying there no permanently fix has been being done. The technician is being changing and whoever is contacting me is saying there are coming and again getting assigned to another technician with new schedule time. I don't what king of process is this.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. SR #SR000038TDW5 has been rescheduled 3 times without any prior intimation from your team. What's the use of a scheduling option if appointments are changed without informing customers? Poor support experience.

    @JioCare I am not satisfied with the things you have explained over call, your customer care executive told me that i will not have to pay if i pay for 1 year plan and i did so but now you asking me to pay that's not acceptable. I have been wrongly charged without my consent.

    The worst fibre services which I ever experienced is @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare they are not able to fix a wire cut case from last 2 days. Every time I raise a request there engineering doesn't come on time. No solution on there helpline number also.

    India has pathetic overall mobile internet coverage and quality. You move away from main centres of a city or town, the speed is joke. Sometimes, even in prime areas of a major city, the mobile internet coverage is awful. In the Electronic City Pincode area of Bangalore, if you dont have WiFi, this is the Jio speed since 2024 inspite of several complaints from that time. It says Host average is 441Mbps. I think they measured the average from under their towers. Airtel is no different. There is obviously no system in place to check the quality provided by these service providers. After this post, JioCare will send a DM asking for area and this is not the service they wish to provide etc and after getting all the details disappear. This is going on for the last 2 years. Meanwhile, Reliance Jio, Mukesh Ambani Unveils Ambitious Plans for 1,650-Satellite LEO Network to Transform Broadband Services & have submitted a proposal to this effect to space regulator Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe), which is evaluating the configuration and technical architecture. @PMOIndia
