    Customer service complaints are closed without contacting the customer or fixing the issue. This seems to be the biggest automation I have seen. @JioCare

    @JioCare please help. Vis a Vis on same credentials imagine Airtel took precisely one day to instal. Still waiting for Jio fibre but either your process is too complex or there is some lack of transparency. 5k yes one refund received rest no communication . Agent not responding!

    @JioCare Instead of asking same details 100 times to user who already has waited 100+ days. Shareing fresh SS will do nothing as eveytime all you guys do is ignore. Or else hire “fresh” staff who know how ro solve issues rather showing your team’s incompetence with every reply
