I am gonna wait til 1Feb or 2Feb after dat i will surrender my wifi connection and also port airtel post connection as well coz i dnt wana b part of such organization & also disconnect d2h service as well.

    Such a shame @JioCare a few days before I lodged a complaint about the network issue and it has only got worse sno response from your side @TRAI also have a blind eye because @JioCare customer complaints and satisfaction doesn't matter

    @reliancejio dear sir, I have taken jio fibre connection on 4th December. No issues as such except I see worst Instaltion. Fiber cable crossing road by hanging. It may snap anytime. I objected & reported coordinator Pramendra 8595916529 to take first hand info. Nothing done???

    @JioCare Also if your bottom system doesn't work in customer intrest you can't blindly really them. I am proposal engineer and working from home, from last couple of days not able to work properly, lost/delayed some bids, that impacted my company reputation and my performance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio since yesterday your so called #JioFiber "best broadband" internet connection is not working. A complaint was filed yesterday ref. SR000012D0LA and another one today ref. SR000012DBWT but you guys seems clueless😡 The former local connection was better.

    Worst customer service award? @reliancejio @JioCare I have 3 fiber connections none working for past 16 hrs. Engineer & Customer service say it will take 24hrs. Really?? in times where everyone is working from home Jio stills says 24 hrs. Really Disappointing SR000016PATZ

    @JioCare Have sent you the details in private message. Kindly take care. It is not acceptable that you can't restore a service issue in a Metro city in 3 days. Doubtful about the service in tier2 or tier3 cities. Highly disappointing and good reason to switch to other providers. #JioFiber
