    @JioCare the worst service in jio fiber, no customer problem solving, no support, keep on sending the same message again and again after doing what they have asked for, still getting no results. Completely unsatisfied!! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Unfortunately cancel our jio fiber connection due to relocation, successfully cancelled but refund process is taking too long. waiting for a month to receive my refund and everytime contact to customer care, says it is in process, disappointed from service.

    @JioCare Even after adding new wire he wasn't able to solve the issue and even asked for 100 rupees for adding new wire since it was some other variety of wire not the one earlier used
