Customer service complaints are closed without contacting the customer or fixing the issue. This seems to be the biggest automation I have seen. @JioCare

@JioCare please help. Vis a Vis on same credentials imagine Airtel took precisely one day to instal. Still waiting for Jio fibre but either your process is too complex or there is some lack of transparency. 5k yes one refund received rest no communication . Agent not responding!

Port out reqst placed. From BSNL to jio on 29sept19. Gt confirmation sms 4m jio dat reqst has been fwd to BSNL on the same date. Recd service call 4m BSNL twice on 30sept19 regards to MNP. Post dat no update on the date or time when port wil b done. @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio

If I'm paying you for services then it is your responsibility to give proper facilities to customers. Haven't seen more than 2-3 Mbps speed on so called India's Largest Network. @JioCare @reliancejio Please improve this Issue in my area (Vodafone and Airtel are still lot better)
