    Pathetic 1st time experience of jio fiber. Been 10 days they colected payment, been 6 days of chasin dem for instalation,they postpone it daily.Customr service is takin no action,neither refundin our money.Our mails and cals are unanswered @reliancejio @fiber_jio @reliancegroup

    @Airtel_Presence I am airtel postpaid user since long infact have 7+ airtel numbers in family but in last 6-7 months all are been shifted to @reliancejio only single number running now, matter is very poor Signal strength at my location, in past it was ok but now very very poor

    @JioCare the worst service in jio fiber, no customer problem solving, no support, keep on sending the same message again and again after doing what they have asked for, still getting no results. Completely unsatisfied!! @JioCare @reliancejio

    customer care of Jio is really bad and I don’t know what you guys do for customer care in your services or not at all good at lease. Other internet providers are better than this. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    I am using #JIO from last 4 year And not satisfied because of network issues i complained many time & not get any response Now i purchase new #Airtel no. 4,5 days ago But in Airtel i got worse result than jio. Please suggest other network 🙏🏻 @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You are making fool of yout customers last week i received a call from your side i made complain regarding speed your engineer called me in the evening and said me that i am closing the complain without visiting this is what you are giving to your customers very bad Jio

    @reliancejio dear sir, I have taken jio fibre connection on 4th December. No issues as such except I see worst Instaltion. Fiber cable crossing road by hanging. It may snap anytime. I objected & reported coordinator Pramendra 8595916529 to take first hand info. Nothing done???

    hello @JioCare @jio_fiber I applied for a new connection of Jiofiber in Madgaon, Goa on 20th April with payment & KYC done and was told that the installation will happen in 3-4 days. it's 29th today, no installation yet and the guys talk mannerless. is this how you treat customer

    @JioCare you are the worst customer service people. Since last 19th April my interest connection is disturbed for 7th time until today. Everytime they do a temporary fix and it stops working within next 24hrs. Just spoke to senior customer support exec(escalated).
