Till today, nothing has actually been fixed. Stop giving false promises and improve your service. You keep increasing prices, but your service quality keeps getting worse. If this continues, I will openly escalate this everywhere and file complaints with higher authorities and telecom consumer forums. At this point, I want a complete refund for both my old and new connections. I paid properly for the service but never received stable internet or proper usage because of the continuous issues from your side. Today, I am discontinuing my Jio connection due to this poor service experience.
