    @JioMart_Support After 1 week of placing order, lying every day by your staff that the delivery attempted but shop is closed, so much DM,'s to you daily about details, you cancelled my order with another lie "price issue".What a great attitude of Asia's biggest company @reliancejio.Amazing work.

    It’s been 2 straight days since all my work is hampered since JIO won’t work properly (both phone data and fibre). Calls won’t connect, apps won’t function showing “poor connection”, work posts won’t go on time. Kindly correct and take action urgently! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

    @JioCare Lines which wrote here useless for me. I complained for resolution not to received a formal massage. Actually I came in Jio from Airtel. If No improvement will look, again I will move to Airtel.

    @JioCare Got a message saying that upgrade activity is completed and I should be able to use internet. However I am still unable to use it. Called customer care but again standard reply of wait for 2 hours.
