@reliancejio @JioCare the voice as well as data services are very bad in my village Pawai district Lakhhisarai state Bihar. Here i am rarely able to make or take calls and to use data services. Every time when I visit my village i face this problem. Do something asap.

@reliancejio Thank you for installing tower in my area. Pincode 131103. After a lots of calls exchanged with @Airtel_Presence they were not able to provide the basic services like phone call and sms. I am damn sure, people of my village will start migrate to Jio. Bye bye @Airtel

@rsna120901 @amitbhawani @reliancejio Same situation here, and i gave up one year ago after several complaints. And in every complain their reply is same "we're working on network boosting your area. This issue will be solved in next 90 days". After two years the issue remains same

Poor porting experience with @reliancejio. First I was asked to pay 99 for the prime services and then my order is cancelled without informing about any reason for cancellation. The Jio retailer at the NSL Centrum Mall, Kukatpally is asking me to pay again. Pathetic!

@JioCare Customer care called amd told me to provide screenshot of gaming apps nd speed test nd ping test. Well i don't play games but wanna tell u higher ping provide lags in browsing. On e-commerce websites less ping can open 10 pages in 5-7 sec but in my case its only 2 or 3 pages.

@JioCare I asked 4-5 peoples all over india. They have 300 amd 100 mbps plans like me. All have over 50 ms ping some hav higher than 100ms. This can't be true if a particular area is effected. Jio fibre service is pathetic. Even local broadband like excitel in delhi gives less than 10ms.

@JioCare Pathetic jio fibre. All my friends with airtel fibre got more than what their bandwith speed nd less ping ..lower than 10ms. But here u will never get a 100mbs bandwith on speedtests website. Sometime 50-60 mbps over 5gh wifi. Nd at 2.4. Ghz always 15 to 20 mbps
