    @JioCare @TRAI Pathetic service from Jio. I am a prime Jio customer but from last year Dec 2018 i am facing a lot of n/w issue even i could not able to get voice calls.I had many attempts to call customer care. But the only response i got from them is to wait for next 2 months.

    @JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

    What the hell @reliancejio @JioCare your helpline or complaint line just says select 1 for Hindi and then hangs up the call ....I am frustrated with more than frequent call drops in my area which have erupted suddenly

    @JioCare it's been a whole one year the reason hasn't changed a bit. Why taking so much time on resolving these issues. Please look into it. Seems like if i have to live in Nehru Nagar. I have to port the number. Call drop is common too. Revert back asap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My mother’s Jiophone is not working at all. It is always showing not reachable. No signals at all. I just purchased it 6 months back and ported her no. from @VodafoneIN to Jio. Pls check on priority.

    @reliancejio Phones are ok but do something about the jio's poor network. A phone is useless without proper network. improved network is more important than phones.

    Yesterday night my number 9798994448 is started in airtel Postpaid, earlier it was in jio. After activation, till then data is not working. Kindly fix this annoying issue at earliest.@Airtel_Presence @TRAI @DoT_India @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare scheduling has been done for 10 times but non of your engineers have came for the connection and your non of employee pick up the phone this is my humble request that if you r unable to give connection then pls done collect money from customer
