    @JioCare @reliancejio team, in this month got 400 GB, during recharge it says benefit up to 600 GB in jiofi silver plan? ID-1203533508 ,also speed issue is a mejor concern still I have. Today again recharged for 101 to get 20 more GB but while checked I shoud get 200 GB more?

    @reliancejio I recharge my continuous jio fibre plan with next 1 year fir silver plan on 5th sep but I can’t see tv as per customer care plan have been changed but money is valuable and they can not refund back or can not adjust the amount with next available plan. Its ridiculous

    I m using Jio service more then 2 years but now Jio service is falling down and Jio net speed going to very low and customer support is not give exact reason why the net speed falling down. Unsatisfactory #bedservice @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been more than 15 days, when I requested for the relocation of services. I havent heard anything from tech. I called almost 30 times and everytime, they escalate the issue, with no resolution. Paying for thr service which u cant use. #Pathetic

    @reliancejio Dear Jio stop making fool to us , after using of 50% of daily data seems I'm using 2G SIM while I still have 50% regular data , Even I could not open Facebook feeds . Really disgusting service now days

    @JioCare What kind of joke is this. I asked for set top box and you assigned person for recharge. @fiber_jio Take back this junk service and refund my whole amount including recharge. Jio is a joke that will never improve (read rcom)

    @JioCare @reliancejio since yesterday your so called #JioFiber "best broadband" internet connection is not working. A complaint was filed yesterday ref. SR000012D0LA and another one today ref. SR000012DBWT but you guys seems clueless😡 The former local connection was better.
