    @JioCare @reliancejio team, in this month got 400 GB, during recharge it says benefit up to 600 GB in jiofi silver plan? ID-1203533508 ,also speed issue is a mejor concern still I have. Today again recharged for 101 to get 20 more GB but while checked I shoud get 200 GB more?

    @JioCare I have a jii fibre connection which is down for over 2 hours and I cannot get thru to any operator This is abysmally poor service!! Is there no recourse against poor service and over burdened complaint center where you just can’t get thru Most frustrating

    @fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio really very frustrating & pathetic service by jio. Case logged for JioFiber 2 days back but still no resolution, no engineer visit . Unable to solve problem on chat. Prompt service is important to retain customer. Please help.

    Heyy, @airtelindia today is 23rd july and my sim is still deactivated from 8th July your customers service is pathetic not even replying my DM's and how long it gonna take to activate my sim or I gonna switch to @reliancejio

    Pathetic highly unreliable service and absolutely no physical presence on ground to support. Everything on remote automated responses which mean zilch. Pay money on time forget service seems to be motto of @reliancejio SHAME on the sham of service you provide

    @JioCare @reliancejio having sad facing issue on Jiofi since we started using in lockdown, no speed seems fluctuations every hour when router light is in green mode, shell jump to different or will it be fixed?

    @reliancejio Dear Jio stop making fool to us , after using of 50% of daily data seems I'm using 2G SIM while I still have 50% regular data , Even I could not open Facebook feeds . Really disgusting service now days

    I've nvr had any broadband connection as pathetic as @JioCare. First the internet stops working & then if u try to raise a complaint against it, u've to go through d ordeal of dealing with their annoying IVR & if u make it out alive, they won't connect ur call to their executive.
