    @reliancejio i am unable to sent microsoft outlook outgoing emails via jio fiber. Same time other internet providers not having such issue. I contact jio fiber customer care, rater than give me a solution, customer care asking me to contact my IT team. Why jio have this problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare please check for issue. While Make call from last 15 days this issue is coping too much. Neither voice coming, not going. In d 4th or 5th Try it's get audible to both side.

    I m jio user from last 2 year now these days network quality is worst 4G act like poor than 2G multiple claim done at 198 but no improvement yet ..it's not only problem is mine but also several people suffer with same issues. Pls do needful.@anitaambani0171 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioMart_Support truly very slow process in line establishment No service In D Block SEC. P3, G. NOIDA. from 2 month it still under process, Even no ISP provider over there.

    @JioCare worst network connectivity, Portout my number into last week. Now feel, i made mistake. Last operator network far better than Jio. Always show 1 or 2 Network Bar. Internet speed almost "No Internet"

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Extremely bad calls on Jio for few days. Now when I shared Jio auto detection data of -106 dBm Signal. JioCare assured me that problem will be fixed in 180 days. "Me kya karun...port kar lun :-)". "Should I port?" #Jioservices

    @reliancejio Please don't give my case to any customer are executive who even not read my post and start saying "contact to your IT team" then how same mails working on other internet service providers? Forward my case to technical team instead of person who just passing time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio So, after chasing my installation, the response I get from fantastic agent from Jio is ‘we can cancel your installation’ without assigning any reason - appointments given 9AM, 1PM, 3PM,4:30PM,5:45PM yesterday and no one turns up!
