Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

Jio scheduled a tech dispatch for yesterday but they cancelled it without any justification. The service was installed on last Monday and right after a week inhave started facing issues.
