    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dear Team, i have port my sim from jio to airtel and its been more then 1 week completed but still porting process is not completed. Please do the needful. @reliancejio please work in your network related issues.

    @JioCare But I'm disconnecting because you didn't fix my issue for 6 days. Why I'll pay for remaining months when I can't use your service?? I have all chat logs, emails with me. You can check, the issue I raised on 30th may is still in open state.

    I raised a complaint in jio customer care for my calling and internet issues but they didn’t solve my problem. Very poor service I am very disappointed. @JioCare

    @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I applied for relocation 5 days back. Device is already picked up. Now calls nothing total silence regarding connection at new place. Tried reaching helpline. Very bad response. No one cares for you from JIO, i guess Pathetic experience

    @JaikyYadav16 Same is the situation with @reliancejio, we are not able to talk on call, seeing this situation it seems that writing a letter would have been better, so much money is spent on recharge and yet the service is available for a pittance.

    @JioCare i booked a Jio Fiber installation. This morning KYC was done and approved. And till now, nobody has come for the installation. On top of that, your customer care system sucks. I’ve paid in full and i deserve to know what’s the status of your service. Please respond.

    @JioCare I’m tired of following up. I need a solution, not repeated assurances. You already have my complaint number—now tell me when and how this issue will be resolved. If it isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll switch to another provider.
