Jio is very big company but still whenever we call in jio and demand to connect call to supervisor then supervisor doesn't available and I've recharged my no with 3gb data + 6gb data top up but still my network is not working in Delhi ncr. @JioCare @jio

@JioCare Same thing asking again and again no any issue resolve action is taken by team. If a second of disconnection happen it will disconnect and interrupt my calls and system while working from home.whatever light of device is there green or red.

@reliancejio Out of 7 days, it's like 6 days your internet speed remains slow? It's this the 4G , India was expecting? I have been complained many times about the poor reception since long. The only reply I get is- sir you stay in high rise building area, we cannot stop anything!
