@reliancejio @JioCare what wrong with the internet it's very very slow, today's is the first ay with Jio Network. Not a good experience, Not expected, @VodafoneIN internet speed better than Jio when network is good. Kindly increase the speed.

@Truecaller PL. Clarify is your Truecaller doesn't work on @JioCare landline as neither call status shows on any of calling app This is trouble on getting unknown number calls or either @reliancejio @JioCare must bring Truecaller kind of service to get name prior taking calls

@JioCare In the very same location sometimes back I used to get speed between 15 to 34 Mbps. You guys don't improve ever. Network speed of jio is falling continuously. @reliancejio @TRAI #MukeshAmbani

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Till date no response from Jio. Surprisingly Jio customer Care198 refused to take a n/w complaint also as they r confirming that know that there n/w has issue & wouldn't be taking complaint. May be complaint nos. records would hv to be shown to TRAI.

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service and customer commitment. I have been asked to stay at home for exec visit since last 5 days and no one shows up. Every day a next day visit is promised but no one shows up. Does anyone at Jio customer service cares abt time obligation.

Jio landline has unique feature that you can use it through app of jiocall which can be download on individual mobile for making call instead of installing seperate landline instrument If @Truecaller @JioCare provide callers name prior shall be help to take or avoid unwanted call

@JioCare They're able to solve consumer issues in 4,5 hours but they takes àround 23 hours to take seriously because they have 24 hours deadline now the time is overed by them and now they were rescheduled me around another 48 hours to appointment for service 🙄is that okay.
