    @reliancejio what sort of service is this I had booked fibre connection your agent came yesterday took money and till now he didn't setup the connection I called him many times all his answer is half an hour and 1 hour

    @reliancejio For last 3,4 days lot of network issues I am facing in my office which is located in NOIDA Sector 81 . If you can fix the issue by Sunday it will be great otherwise I need to port my sim into some other network. @JioCare

    @reliancejio very worsted service by you I was traveling from Ghaziabad to etawah and etawah to Ghaziabad and your internet wasn't working seriously worst service even when I was in my home town there also no internet

    No broadband on @reliancejio #JioFiber for the last many days. Getting through to service is impossible. Shoud I switch to another provider with better service @JioCare. Have waited long enogh for restoration of this essentail service. @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare is the worst company with poor customer care support . I have been begging them to relocate my jio fiber connection form 1.5 months . Already sent so many mails and called so many times . No response. Had there been a new connection they would come running . Shame!

    @JioCare it been one year since i submitted application for installation of JIO tower in my farm,never got any response ; one or two time i contacted with "customer care exucutives" but they said may be some kind of procedure is going on n they r from different department;

    It's been 30 days from the pick up of set top box .still refund amount not credited .is this how customer service being provided.Provide the contact detail and progress .if we don't recharge our connection are suspended immediately than why so late in refund @JioCare @Jio_Ambani
