@JioCare I am a jio fibre user and please consider this as my feed back. You internet speed is very good but it is almost impossible to connect to customer care executive through a call. Very disappointed.

@JioCare @reliancejio jio connection installation postponed everyday for the last 6-7 days. Horrible experience with jio, will never recommend, called up call centre also, they showed inability, left note in remarks also but no response. Ref NO0000FY6YFL.

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare Connection installed today, set of box picture quality is very poor, I think did a mistake by changing service provider, Airtel was far better, only problem was poor net connectivity.

@JioCare @reliancejio Really disgusted with your billing issues. If you can't fix them, please clarify, I can opt for porting my number to other services provider. The problem is at your end and you charge delay penalty from customers. Shame on you. @TRAI

@JioCare How many times are you going to ask the same thing. I have sent my address multiple times in ur DM. I even asked to send a technician home and check the network but nothing. You cannot just ask some thing again n again.
