    .@JioCare .@reliancejio What's the status of credit for the period I couldn't access Internt due to hardware fault. If decision making is so slow in current scenario I am skeptical about #Jio sensitivity for its customers. #poorcustomerservice

    @reliancejio @JioCare i do a recharge of rs. 155 by mistake but pack is not active because this time i use this no in samsumg smart phone. When i contact with call centre they reply that it will use in only jio phone but in lock down i have not jio phone now. So please help us.

    @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @VodafoneUK @reliancejio @VodafoneGroup is so much irresponsible company as they don't care about customer issues. I raise a complaint one month back still not received any call from voda. It's more then 7 days to rise my old issue on twitter but no rply

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Have you ever think about your customers. Prices of data packs have been increased but the service is same (Network quality low, data buffering, noisy voice calls) . Many times called customer service, same response I got. We are fixing the problem.
