@JioCare I'm not getting it. How tough it is for an engineer to visit my place?If your resolution time is 24 hrs, what 'concerned team' is working on for last 4 days. I'm WFH and can't afford this much delay in resolution.I'm sorry, I can't continue with Jio. Plz do the needful.

@JioCare - I raised SR00001A6969 on 30th March for my Jio fiber issue. It's more than 3 days and nobody has contacted me. When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

@JioCare One more day gone(total 6 days) and nobody contacted me as expected. As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.

@vijayagrahari @reliancejio Oh thanks but when I am using Jio internet them I can call with my both Sim Airtel and Jio. But when Airtel date is on then If i try to call with the Jio sim it shows "Not registered on the network"

@DoT_India are sleeping or what. @reliancejio is not providing 4g internet speed. Customer executive says that lots of people are using internet at same time. Is it my fault @reliancejio . That lots of customer are using your internet. I have done recharge to use 4g nor 2g.
