@reliancejio Jio fiber folks, I had a worse experience with your customer care. I had subscribed to Platinum from Gold. Paid 1758INR & expected Netflix OTT channel. The response I got from CC(Goutam M) is that it will be available soon. No timelines with no answer. Cheating case!

@VodafoneIN recently I changed to @JioCare bcoz of changes in co-operate plan w.out notification,my last plan was 150pm, new one is 250pm,i switch to jio, now getting sms that 280 is pending & jio is also barred, need to fix the issue ASAP, dues r clear b4 switch.

@reliancejio Very bad internet connection speed while you have almost 50% user in India and You have not improving the same . After recharge I received only 40-50 kbps internet speed. If you not improve this I have to try other option
