@VodafoneIN recently I changed to @JioCare bcoz of changes in co-operate plan w.out notification,my last plan was 150pm, new one is 250pm,i switch to jio, now getting sms that 280 is pending & jio is also barred, need to fix the issue ASAP, dues r clear b4 switch.

I doubt they will "actually" act on our concerns. All these support systems in our country just exists for name sake(to fool customers), but none works.
