@JioCare Also if your bottom system doesn't work in customer intrest you can't blindly really them. I am proposal engineer and working from home, from last couple of days not able to work properly, lost/delayed some bids, that impacted my company reputation and my performance.

hello @reliancejio i have been putting on multiple complains for service of my jio fibre for last 3days. your customer associate has been repeatedly replying me with unnecessary false promises day after day. This is a total heckle of a customer.
