Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.
