@JioCare @reliancejio Really disgusted with your billing issues. If you can't fix them, please clarify, I can opt for porting my number to other services provider. The problem is at your end and you charge delay penalty from customers. Shame on you. @TRAI

@JioCare Also if your bottom system doesn't work in customer intrest you can't blindly really them. I am proposal engineer and working from home, from last couple of days not able to work properly, lost/delayed some bids, that impacted my company reputation and my performance.
