Pathetic highly unreliable service and absolutely no physical presence on ground to support. Everything on remote automated responses which mean zilch. Pay money on time forget service seems to be motto of @reliancejio SHAME on the sham of service you provide

@JioCare @reliancejio team, in this month got 400 GB, during recharge it says benefit up to 600 GB in jiofi silver plan? ID-1203533508 ,also speed issue is a mejor concern still I have. Today again recharged for 101 to get 20 more GB but while checked I shoud get 200 GB more?

Dear @JioCare Sir I have faced pathetic service from a Jio customer care. His number is +918509262585.. He was continuously calling me for doing recharge. After some time he started abusing me. So I cut the call. Again he called me to tell bad words.. It's very disgusting.. 😠👎🏻

@JioCare don't send your sale person to house for selling broadband connections it's a worst business statergy , It is the only place were i can relax, after getting disturb I change my broadband to Airtel, ads:112, Nadarmedu, erode. If its happens again I change my sim too.
