@JioCare @reliancejio It's a shame that Jio could not keep a track of it's own pre-paid plans as commited. I am using OnePlus 6T under a fixed 299 recharge offer but that offer is disappeared from MyJio app for second time in last 3 months. Poor service. @ConsumerReports

@reliancejio I daily book a cab from a bus stand near Ambience mall Gurgaon towards Sector 30 Gurgaon. The network is never available there it takes me 15mins to book a cab earlier the network was good. Please can you check in this or let me know whom I can contact.

@JioCare speed 00.36 Mbps(down)& 00.24 Mbps(up) so is dis the 4G speed ofred by @reliancejio. This is the issue i'm facing since a long time, if this same will continue i'll definitely switch to other service provider @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN. Hope for some positive rply asap.

@JioCare No response on the cancellation of order NO0000H8R1LW as why was that firstly cancelled and how quick are we going to fix this issue since the booking was done on April 28th, was cancelled on May 22, after almost a month. Anybody cares??
