@JioCare In the very same location sometimes back I used to get speed between 15 to 34 Mbps. You guys don't improve ever. Network speed of jio is falling continuously. @reliancejio @TRAI #MukeshAmbani

@reliancejio @JioCare what wrong with the internet it's very very slow, today's is the first ay with Jio Network. Not a good experience, Not expected, @VodafoneIN internet speed better than Jio when network is good. Kindly increase the speed.

@JioCare please help. Vis a Vis on same credentials imagine Airtel took precisely one day to instal. Still waiting for Jio fibre but either your process is too complex or there is some lack of transparency. 5k yes one refund received rest no communication . Agent not responding!

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani There is no range to Jio mobile phones in Adaigaon near Newpanvel. More than 1000 connections are facing problem from last two days. If it continues then they will definitely port with other provider. Take a note of this and act immediately.
