Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

satrajit sen (@satrajits) reported@JioCare Fyi ur engineers had come and according to them the problem is because the modem is switching between 5ghz to 2.4ghz on its own as it does and so the buffering and disconnection happens. So what am i supposed to do? Discontinue with u guys I guess?
