If I'm paying you for services then it is your responsibility to give proper facilities to customers. Haven't seen more than 2-3 Mbps speed on so called India's Largest Network. @JioCare @reliancejio Please improve this Issue in my area (Vodafone and Airtel are still lot better)

Port out reqst placed. From BSNL to jio on 29sept19. Gt confirmation sms 4m jio dat reqst has been fwd to BSNL on the same date. Recd service call 4m BSNL twice on 30sept19 regards to MNP. Post dat no update on the date or time when port wil b done. @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio

@JioCare one of the worst experience using jio , didn't receive my jio set-up box for past 2 year then to I changed my plan from pre to post paid in assurance that they will provide me new set-up box , I have mailed and compliant to the customer service still no response 🙄

can't connect immediately while doing important calls when plan is about to expire,@JioCare @TRAI please look into this, this policy is not useful for making important call it keeps reminding to recharge ,which is not as important as any emergency call, SMS is enough as reminder
