I agree that non of the telecom companies provide good connectivity now a days but they listen to their customers. Jio customers care just disconnects the phone everytime I try to register a complaint.

On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately. It's amazing how quickly ISPs & regulators jump to shadow-ban data tools, while turning a blind eye to: 🚫 Rampant scam call centers 🚫 Broken civic sense & road rage 🚫 Daily governance & infra mess Banning access to information won't fix real issues. Are other ISPs doing this too, or is it just Jio?
