@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

Nothing special is going well in Lucknow, Jio True 5G may have just been rolled out, so there is a slight decrease in speed, but there is a lot of trouble in making calls, hope Jio fixes it as soon as possible Will be done. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Your engineer has been ‘hypothetically’ visiting my place for two days also its been happening for months to change my device, either change my device and fix the situation for good otherwise I’m more than happy to return the device as 6 months is more than enough time for this
