    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Nothing happening and No action being taken on Order Id NO0000J1OQZW. 6th Day, 20th rescheduling. You have no control on your service engineer, you give time and they reschedule it again and again. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare hello jio team, I paid 2500/- for jio fibre setup almost 55 hrs before but after payment didn't get any call also no progress I am seeing in installation. With this service I don't want to proceed further...I want to my money back..let me know the procedure..
