    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare @Asliambani worst speed of Jio at my current residence.I am unable to use internet due to poor speed. Jio pack is higher but service is very poor these days. Want to quit Jio. Kindly improve your speed as soon as possible. Thanks.

    @reliancejio @TRAI U r Jio 4G has become worst.. has been complaining many times but no use.. Many students and WFH people r effected....Have spoken to local jio network team, the answer from them is " Too many users and cant help". If too many users then too many business, correct?
