@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio upon asking supervisor ur advisor disconnected the chat.. I have frequent disconnection issues and speed issues, just stayed with your brand because of your parent company but if it is how this is being treated, i will not hesitate switching to airtel

There is no jio network in our area since last 15 days, there is no satisfactory answer from the company and maybe that is why Mumbai Indian is losing the match due to the bad wishes of the people, God give jio walo ko good sense.@JioCare @reliancejio @mipaltan 🙏

@sunaina0777 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
