    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare why have you upgraded my card to 5g without my consent!? The 5g network is still not good. There was a reason I didn’t upgrade the plan, who told you to do? I am unable to use internet or other services! Jio app doesn’t open @reliancejio
