@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@reliancejio @mukeshambanima My fibre number is 2235608874. You failed my transaction from amazon pay twice, so i used paytm for recharge. Now you recharged for all 3 amounts and forcing me to use your service for 3 months. Which i dont want. Please share disconnection process.

This is to address the poor working of my jio wifi,I invest around 1200 every month for the wifi connection but avail the only 10-15 days a month due to its pathetic services.On a complain being filled as mentioned, connection is restored lately in a span of day or two. @JioCare
