I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare @reliancejio The worst and pathetic support can get from you guy's. My sister was stuck at Fort Lauderdale, Florida where the sim stop working where all ISD & IRP packs were recharged. It's been 24 hours as no support from Jio.

@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio initially followed up several times for 3 months delay in Jiomart order delivery. Now status updated in app as DELIVERED without even delivering product. Following up again for this new issue. No response. Worst customer service.

@reliancejio I pray fro Maharashtra everything will be fine but why in assam your net is slow , its about 3-6 months but you never fixed. Only u apologize in msg. So stop apologize and work in problem. Why so lier and lazy to work. Im unsatisfied customer
