    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    That he can't help me until I recharge with a plan on my no., he said he can't see any details if my number is not recharged and hence it can't be helped, so there are 2 issues 1.wth @JioCare , u won't help me bcoz I hadn't recharged for like a month @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare how can you force a customer to avail your prime jio subscription if he wants to port to jio? If you want to force new customer who wants to join you just make it inckusive of tarriff. #disappointment

    @reliancejio this is business plan of every teleco companies that announce price hike will effect after 7 days ., then all customer will go frustated and buy 1 year plan of 1400 to 2500., then after 1 or 2 month cut down plan prices that were before & get crore Rs.

    @JioCare I'm not asking to transfer or refund ..just upgrade me for upper plan which supports calls and I will pay the pro rata amount accordingly...just upgrade to me a plan which supports calls may be 666 and I will pay the balance..I'm not able to reach customer care..please help asap

    @JioCare If all the plans and costs are same in jio and others then what is the advantage for customer to stick with jio ? Jio is removing the reason we chose jio.
