    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare I've been hearing the same reply for almost 1 year. Stop sending copy-paste responses and process my ₹3,300 refund. Your customer service has been extremely disappointing.

    @JioCare my #jiofiber connection is down since 10th of July. There has been no resolution yet. Service engineer said it is down in the entire building and will be resolved in 24 hours, that's done, no resolution yet. Service Request number SR00003B2HA7.

    @JioCare Why do you need an ALTERNATE number. Means u are accepting yourself that @reliancejio network is worst, that's why you are not able to make a call on JIO SIM and asking an alternate number of another provider.

    @JioCare This is a refund issue, not a technician visit. I'm not even in Bengaluru anymore. Stop sending irrelevant copy-paste replies and process my ₹3,300 refund. It's been almost a year.

    Dear @RelianceDigital, @reliancejio I purchased a brand-new Samsung 55Q7F QLED TV from Reliance Digital. Within days of installation, the TV developed a vertical line on the display, indicating a defect in a virtually new product. Despite repeated emails, calls, and follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from Reliance Digital. As the seller of this product, Reliance Digital is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a defect-free product. I purchased a new premium television, not one that requires repair immediately after purchase. I request Reliance Digital's senior management to intervene and arrange the replacement of my defective TV without any further delay.     @JioCare The jio customer service is going worst these days instead of connecting to the human agent it's always redirecting to pre recorded voice and my work got affected due to this network and no way to reach Customer service either in chat or call.
