    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @mohd_ashar @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @RelianceDigital @JioCare @jagograhakjago I ordered cooler and now when I want to cancel, Reliance digital is notblistening, I called multi times in customer care they pick and disconnect Shud I go to consumer court and mail Mukesh Ambani about pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.
