    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare it's been 10 days since my #jiofiber is not working and no one has bothered to call or even come and rectify this. This is the 3rd time I am facing the same issue.. your router is spoilt. If u can't replace it then just cancel your non-working servixe
