@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@reliancejio With every passing year jio service and quality is getting poorer. From network issues to call drops to poor call quality everything is happening. If this continues than porting out will be the only solution left

@JioCare If your fibre connection is interrupted owing technical issues, should you not give credit to that period of interruption? Taken money for 30 days and provided service for less number of days. Is this ethical?

@JioCare @SamanSutiya1 You understand nothing about the pain of your customer. Someone making false promises cannot understand the meaning of the word "concern". What did your CEO say while launching Jio. Please check and then talk about concern. I am talking about vada paav price.
