    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @gallerygrandeur @reliancejio Will cause the Index to go down thereby causing a cascading effect , thereby causing a loss of lakhs of crores. Investors won't be happy & will sell more & more thereby fuelling the cascade .

    @JioCare IPL was the reason given to me for low speed. But it seems IPL matches are still continued in my area. Expand capacity in the network. I am. telecommunication engineer and analysing capacities of European operators. Sent the details over DM.
