@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

When it comes to customer service closure, @JioCare always struggles. Facing internet issues with my Wi-Fi. Bigger issue is once you lodge a complaint you are stuck, as their technicians reschedule & it says you changed it & put your issue on hold. CC cycle with major loopholes

@JioCare A call was rec'd from no +919205633653 at 10.18am today.I explained him the the all facts and visits by staff yesterday. It was pointed out that LAP TOP is not avaiable. Now time is 11.45 no body came with laptop to diagnose the problem. Yesterday also LAPTOP was not available.
