  @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

  @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

  @JioCare wtf isthis. I have requested fr STB and paid for it and ott. I scheduled this for today. You guys don't even have this but reschduled it for 2 aug without even asking my availability. You have also started charging me for OTT which i can't even access without stb

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i was paying my late fee for airtel fiber and you guys deducted the payment twice and thier is no refund till now if this kind of service you will provide i am discountinuing the service and i am going for @reliancejio worst service #airtel

  @_MukeshAmbani please help us, i am loyal customer for jio from the launch, but from last 6months we are unable to get network in our area. @JioCare is not even registering a complaint.
