    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    I switched to reliance jio 3 months ago and it appears wrong decision. Outage is a different thing, customer care response is the most important issue. No one is picking up calls, no notification or update and we are clueless if it's local issue or an outage. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio what the hell is these trying since last 45 min to talk to your customer care executive and not able to connect to them by saying we are unable to connect to you. If you don’t want to help a customer please close the company.
