    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare I have not been approached till now. There has been no update on my complaint. I expected a follow up but there has been no contact as of yet. Terrible customer service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @VodafoneIN My Jio number is gone redundant. Absolute no network and cannot make any calls. Time to say goodbye to Jio.

    @reliancejio @trai @OishiPoddar you tell lies to customers close tickets and provide no services escalation to trai we customers are being taken for a ride where for more than 25 days service not provided on an annual plan

    @jiocare this is completely not the truth you have no idea of the ticket and the resolution have called up and wasted hours of my valuable effort and energy to hear lies from customer service working from home where no measurement being done to open tickets poor state
