@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

Most hopeless service support by @reliancejio @JioCare For last two days Jio Fiber +911243639667 at Gurgaon Delhi NCR is down and no one from Jio service is bothered to attend. Jio app only attended by chatbot. No response customer grievance in Jio. @TRAI please help.

@JioCare I took a postpaid plan for 3 months on 15th April and I was promised 4 months of service with 1 free month of service. Within 2 months 15 days my plan expired. And now I have to pay an additional amount of 2000 inr for month of July. Ask your team to pick up the box.
