    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare I thought! but my Aunt uses Jio 4g and it never crossed 0.5 Mbps. :-( in the same location.

    @JioCare Excuse me! Please have a look at my previous messages then reply, it's not about refund the amount it's about not providing connection after such a long time by giving me silly reason of failure of address verification. I never requested for cancellation the request.

    @JioCare all my jio Sims are not working since evening on 9/7/21 .Mobile no-9831063101, 9830526798,9831334406, 7003432805. My area pin code is 711101, Howrah West Bengal.@reliancejio . No voice। Call,no internet,no signal.act at once please. Reported yesterday no action till now.
