@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@reliancejio @reliancegroup Even after canceling your Jio fiber services your team is auto-renewing and activating services on thier own. This has happened twice. Horrible customer service. Please cancel and refund my money. Relice is looting customers @TRAI

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing internet issues and also calling issues from last 1 year. Complained a lot of times but it is out of patience now. I have totally 10 jio numbers of myself and my family members. I am going to port it out now. Its disgusting.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Its been 4 years now still ur engineers are working on network issue in my area. If contacted to so called customer care they say there is good coverage in my area but i m not getting it. And now the plan prices are increased. R u guys looting us?

Raise voice and get united against the increase of Rate of recharge plan of Jio, Airtel, Vodafone etc mobile networking Company... Avoid all those company. Whereas BSNL is providing more affordable recharge plan. I was also a customer of Jio, Airtel. @reliancejio @airtelindia.

@JioCare what a wonderful issue resolution does Jio have?My existing netflix account gets linked with jio fiber,i reach out to you for disconnecting it, you say cant do,then am all told,all i can do is upgrade netflix plan,i do that & it gets reverted to basic every 3 hours.
