When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

But after that they closed my service request and didn't solved my issue. I paid extra money for prime plan on jio. Worst service by jio @reliancejio @JioCare
