@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare Does porting require the customer to migrate to post paid scheme compulsorily or if prepaid can be opted for? I use I-ON for my data requirements. They deliver 30% higher speed than promised consistently. They resolve issues within an hour. @Airtel_Presence
