When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

Despite repeated complaints, multiple calls to customer care, and assurances from at least 3 different agents, not a single engineer visited my premises.
