    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare @reliancejio : Pathetic service from Jio. I paid Rs3536/- in advance and applied for cancellation due to personal reasons even before it's installed. This has happened on 15th May 2026, I am still awaiting the refund for cancellation of order NO0001DGB7OY.

    @JioCare No electricity and absolutely zero Jio signal in [ DAHEWAN,BORSAD,ANAND, GUJARAT ] right now. How are we supposed to get updates when the network drops the second the power goes? @reliancejio @JioCare FROM LAST 6 MONTHS THIS PROBLEM 😡😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare you need to improve your services. 199 is an automated loop, impossible to get a response or resolution. Want to speak to someone to resolve my issue of double billing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have complained many times, but it was of no use. The 4G network is running as if it's 2G or 3G. Even though the district railway station is just 2.5 km away and NH16 is 1.5 km away, there is still no 5G in our village. We are facing a lot of problems.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio , the network quality in Sujangarh, Rajasthan has become extremely poor. Internet speed is painfully slow, and even WhatsApp messages are not being sent properly. This issue has been affecting daily communication and work.

    Dear @JioCare I would like to bring to your attention that the network coverage in my area has dropped significantly over the past few weeks. I have raised this issue with the concerned authorities multiple times, but I have not received a proper response or resolution.

    @JioCare It's really shameful for you people that you are not able to handle the complaint. I had raised complaint on 4-6-26 and you had scheduled technician on 7-6-26 but till time nothing had been done.
