I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@reliancejio Trial period is proving to be poor, I am getting latency of 20 ms. Ping must be from 2 ms to 5 ms considerred to be good. Tried to reach but no one is responding. Initially it was 2 ms & now i don't know what happen? Pl resolve.

@reliancejio @exploreIMC Till now every time there is an issue with your 4g you give an excuse that “our network is being rolled out in a phased manner” first fix that..or in 5g too you are gonna say that the speeds are low due to high number of users?
