@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@reliancejio I'm here in Gorakhpur & here Net speed is too poor. If you people are not able to provide a better 4G servise then don't fool the people by telling them you provide fastest speed internet as compare to other. Really terrible experience these days.

@JioCare That's not the issue... I just redial 3 times and it normally connects. The first two times it gives some random response and connects in the third. Could you share what the diagnostics at your end have revealed?

@reliancejio I am facing issues with Jio Fibre connection since it’s installation on 22.08.2022. Your executives takes more than 24 hours to respond and then ask another information. I am fed up with these gimmicks and wish to cancel my Jio Fiber connection immediately.

Extremely atrocious service by Jio, From one side they're working on 5G and on the other side their customers are struggling to get a good 4G speed. Last time some1 related 2 Jio visited my home and tried 2 fix my issue but am dealing with the same speed issue again @JioCare
