When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

Ranjan (@im_ranzan) reported from Nayabazar, Sikkim@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

For just 5 minutes of repair work you are making us to suffer from 4 days. Tell us when service person will come. If its late atlst we change provider.
