    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Village Kunha ,Post office Kohlari ,teh & Distt Chmba (its lower part of village ) 3 house from bottom ,2nd floor ,if network doesn’t get better will switch to Airtel .. n trust me there are around 20+ Customers who all are ready to do so

    @reliancejio please update your customer care services. I am trying to upgrade my physical sim to e-sim. I dod all the steps. I have the activation code also, however while entering the same it is throwing me the error “code is not valid”. My physical sim’s connect is gone.

    Since last few week data speed of the @reliancejio get worsen in Ahmedabad Gujarat, Will you please check your network strength and resolve it, otherwise getting 1.5 GB is worthless. Add more towers if users have increased. #reliancejio @reliancejio @reliancejio
