I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

Time has come to shift from jio to WiFi service provider. The absolute worst customer care in whole of India. Call them for a new connection they show up at your doorstep in no time . Raise a issue they are no we’re to be seen. 1 month of issue@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India
