    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia Recharged suspended AirFiber no. 8849571997 with ₹800 (₹500+₹300) on 2 Jun 2026. Service not restored and customer care says connection cannot be reactivated and not refund you amount. Please refund ₹800 immediately.

    @JioCare My Jio SIM is consistently non-functional despite an active recharge. I face persistent network issues during travel—neither data nor calls work. It’s impossible to use the service. Please resolve this issue immediately. #jio

    If this is how premium AirFiber service works, then customers deserve refunds for the downtime and false promises. Stop delaying and either replace the faulty setup immediately or provide a real resolution now. @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN
