@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

09/04/2021 my father's number ported from VI to Jio but after activation of jio sim my able to call every network but not receiving from any BSNL number. I had already given complaint to jio care but till now it has not resolve @reliancejio @JioCare @BSNL_OR

@JioCare My service request number is SR000014LUJ4. It is closed by your engineer without any resolution and without visiting my premises. Pathetic service by jio. Connection worked only for a day. Now out of service and no resolution.
