    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @JioCare 2/2 A loyal Airtel customer for 10+ years deserves better treatment. An active annual recharge should not become useless because Airtel failed to properly notify the customer. Need proper resolution and compensation.

    @JioCare too worst service given by jio in vasnat enclave area not working since last 15 days and whole call to customer Care they making auto recording that there is an conjunction in your area What the hell is this Why not resolving should we close the connection
