    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

I want to know doing a recharge of 888 can allow me to watch Disney+Hotstar contents on TV as well along with on my Smartphone for a year?     @JioCare Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID x in your area. Please be rest assured that our team is constantly working to restore the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by 03-11-2021 12:10 PM

    They solve the problem from their end and they ask me to restart the router everytime this happens. But restarting the router doesn't solve my problem so i have to talk to customer care EVERYDAY!!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I ordered a SIM by mistake...Then I asked to cancel(198), but I got a call from a number stating "Mujhe OTP (which has come) bata dijiye and I will cancel the Order".... Kindly confirm if it's your executive.
