    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare Pl do the needful and make me feel the 4g experience. If no. Of people are using jio in my locality at the same time then what can I do? I have paid for using jio. Jio should then give free access to calls and data services if it cannot provide quality service even after charging

    Using Jio for more than 4 years., Facing worst internet speed for longer period., Complaint registered many times through 198., Issue not solved till now., It's worsen now., Downloading speed of 0.5 MB per minute Will change to other network after year plan will expire @JioCare

    @JioCare Not required 5g services atleast you can provide the 4g network in a good signal and good network quality.
