    I did not my money refund back after uninstallation my uninstallation done on 28 of April but we did not receive money I am connect to customer care but he was said money was credited when I check bank statement it's not credit I email but we did not receive any respond @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio fiber is a fraud service provider, I booked my jio fiber 7 days ago , the engineer is not picking up the call even, i raised a refund request and waiting for amount to be refunded. Please do not rely on fiber just for cheap utilities, because they are wothless

    @JioCare i had moved from pre paid to post paid plan . I was told my pre paid balance would be credited to post paid account. 4 months subscription is pending and no one is responding to emails . Look for a time-bound resolution. I do not wish to engage your bots

    @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho I have recently taken Jio Fiber connection, due to their improper service i had opted for uninstallation. Everytime i get a message saying uninstall has been scheduled but no body shows up. Can you people really care for customers ? Or not ?

    @JioCare learn @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia from jio the level of customer service they are operating at, why wont a customer switch ? still havent recieved a reply from airtel. more than 24 hrs.
