Yet again after 8 days jio,again asking me for same details and asking to wait for 14 days for refund.Highly disappointed by @JioCare @reliancejio with the service you provide.i even asked them to refund me in 12 hours but they refused and after 8 days they are asking for details

@JioCare Horrendous service/ support we have experienced so far. We have 4 devices using Jio network and we are unable to make calls and receive from none of the devices despite of 4 network bars. Your support executives ask stupid questions hence porting to Airtel in next 24hrs.
