  @JioCare @reliancejio regretting that I jst nw renewed my subscription to jio home. Connection is nt stable, frequent disconnection, no resolution, no compensation, recharge not visible, very poor service response. money gng dwn the drain. Super high recommendation 2 nt use jio

To check the latest status, reschedule the engineer visit or cancel the visit (if no longer required) via MyJio app, No support from Jio,even no way to connect support also..????

  Extremely frustrated & harassed by @JioCare @reliancejio. Paid ₹2221 for #JioAirFiber on 16 May. Your corrupt staff openly demanded a ₹1000 bribe for installation. Since I refused, they halted the service. 16 days of zero response! Your customer care is absolutely useless.

  Such a pathetic service by @JioCare . My JioFiber issue is still not resolved even after 2 days. The technician visited but failed to fix the issue. @reliancejio to compensate with an additional 2 days extension in my existing plan for the non-functioning service period.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Been on JioFiber WiFi for ~4 years (₹825/month plan). Last week I added the TV set‑top box by paying ₹1060 in advance. After multiple reschedules, a technician finally came but left without fixing the issue, took OTP before resolving, promised to come back
