    @JioCare I had raised a service request no SR000036E1TN raised on 21-5-2026 but till now internet is not working. Called Customer care but they are only telling that issue will be resolved. If we delay recharge by 2 or 3 days will jio accept & give us wifi for these days.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare My fiber connection is down since last 2 days because of reason known to your pathetic team. Get this resolved by tomorrow or I will not pay my next month's bill, you can disconnect the same.

    What a downfall @reliancejio @JioCare from internet revolution to no network call can't be connected can't tal to customer care internet is not working sometimes it shows no network.

    @JioCare Wait till infinity??? It’s been 13 days and still no one visited to check the issue. Daily scheduling fake engineer visits and fooling us. Been frustrated a lot and not able to take any more. Kindly stop this harassment and take your box back as i am shifting to other network.

    but there is no response from him. I also tried calling JioCare, but the call only says the request is already raised and then disconnects. Please let me know if an engineer will visit and resolve the issue soon, as the internet is still not working.

    @JioCare How many days from ,23 rd April order today 24 april without interest you are using over money if customer unable to recharge few days you are providing services No SO WHEY OUR MONEY HOLDING MORE THEN MONTH

    @JioCare Unimaginably disappointed by the lack of support. 4th day since I've been begging for a tech visit to resolve Fibre outage. Technician visit automatically gets cancelled on the app and no way to call a number. What do i do when I'm held hostage by my service provider?
