    @ANI @nishikant_dubey Sir, please make provision for penalising the defaulting service providers including government's favourite @reliancejio who has the highest tariffs but poor response to the aggrieved subscribers ! This purely because of no accountability, once paid suffer for a year 😭

    @JioCare Nothing happened yet . I want to close my jio airfiber connection I am frustrated because it has been 3 months the issue is still same . I want a technical visit but no body cares .

    Very disappointing customer experience for JioFiber from @reliancejio @JioCare . I don't even know how to claim refund for this now.

    @JioCare issue public notification2larger consumer base if it is affected bt no u will just write com templates&that2 nt even read wat customer is asking. It's been more than 19 hours jio airfiber is completely down,it's complete outage.who is accountable for this @JM_Scindia 2/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio I orderd new airfiber and got installed today. Technician demanded me money for the installation and for the petrol.when i called the manager his tone was very bad and told me that u will have to pay. If u will not u will regret.i have proof as recording

    @JioCare Instead of assigning representative again for the existing issue . Can’t u just escalate this to concerned office and staffs? How many more days ur representative need to give a call to me and visit for installation.
