    @JioCare I have tried contacting the Jio service platinum desk multiple times but have not got any help at all. They seem to be clueless about this thing. All they tell is that they are informing the backend team to resolve it. And backend team is not willing to resolve at all

    @kri_pr_ @Airtel_Presence Switch to Jio man, i am facing a similar issue with my airtel fiber wifi. Imagine not being able to use internet on wifi. Shittiest service. @reliancejio is way better. Will be switching soon as soon as validity expires. Fed up of this bullshit.

    I am not able to setup mobile data plan on my apple watch series 5. There is an error message of maximum allowed limit of watches. My data is not linked to any other watch. I am not getting any help from @JioCare @reliancejio and facing this from long.

    I use two simcards, Jio (@reliancejio )and the other is Idea (@ViCustomerCare). I always use jio a lot, but this time I tried to recharge the Idea, but my experience is very bad at the moment. The speed of internet is so slow that even a simple movie cannot be watched.
