@Manjall @reliancejio It will always depend on area and the coverage in that particular area. One network is not enough and you need more than that of you don't have wifi support. If it does not work out for you just port out. If you don't know how it's done it's a simple process and I can tell you.

@JioCare I think you guys should really need to upgrade your services. As i am using airtel wifi too, whenever i get an issue regarding airtel wifi they used to send an technician within a day, But you guys just delay the schedule and keep your customer waiting a whole week
