    @JioCare I just wanted a real human to take up that customer care call not an AI The reason is as a human being talking to AI doesn't feel natural (at least to me)

    @JioCare @reliancejio the last customer service rep that I spoke to, "Dharmendra Vishwakarma", has "escalated" my service request with the promise of resolution in 1 hour (highly unlikely) ... I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours

    @JioCare My plan is 100 mbps but the speed is dropped to 2-3 mbps during evening. Pathetic service.

    If the installation isn’t done today refund the amount you stole in the name of relocation and I’ll get @Airtel_Presence WiFi services who atleast are living up to their promise . @JioCare we need solution not an ai bot replies !

    @JioCare Ordered a Jio SIM on 12 Apr 2026 (Order ID: NO00015D4MQJ). Never delivered. No refund in 3+ months. Your team sent written emails claiming refund was processed - later contradicted by your own team. All I want is the SIM I paid ₹349 for. Is that too much to ask?

    @JioCare Even though the customer service affected for more than 20 days, you will bill the customer. This is what your guidelines saying. Great guidelines.

    @JioCare I need customer care to call me or give me their number, there is no direct call number mentioned, pathetic services, I need technician to visit my place ASAP. Everything in India is growing worse even after paying for things.
