@JioCare Are you trying to say that a technologically updated mobile operator like Jio cannot amend the computer generated billing cycle?? Is it such a big issue that cannot be resolved through human intervention?? If not, then it is a matter of shame for your company

@excitel_rocks for the past 5 days,EXCITEL did not gave me proper internet service even today no internet for the whole day whereas @reliancejio saved me at every moment. it is jio who knows how to help.

@JioCare Sir but 7 months are over and there is no work in progress and when I contact in jio service center they tell that they don't know anything about jio fiber and tell no team is working on jio fiber . There are many people who want jio fiber in my colony please bring it .

@JioCare what kind of services are you offering? Wanted to cancel the connection and was promised that technician will come and collect box but its more than 10-15 days and all i get is ‘technician will come this day this time’..really pathetic
