    @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?

    @JioCare Service Request no SR00003FNBPT JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. Engineer visited but left without fixing it, saying it’ll be fixed tomorrow. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
