I had used DTH earlier, but due to poor support and service, I switched to JioAirFiber, and it has been working very well for me.

The connection problem still exists, no engineer has visited, and only automated responses..

The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service
