@reliancejio I had recharged long time ago which is successful and will not refund my money. Today I am a customer, I have lodged complaints many times. They also don't take my complaint seriously from customer care I had complained for the first time then they asked for refund in 20 days

@ViCustomerCare I don't think Vi will ever improve. Even after multiple complaints in last 1 month. Still a lot of zero network downtime in main city area. Vi is providing poorest service I have ever seen in last 20 years by any telecom company #Vi @TRAI #PoorService @reliancejio

Every time when I travel, complete network will be there in phone but internet never works. Normally in Ads Airtel promise to have fastest network in India but I never feel that, @reliancejio seems to be far better than this. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
