    @JioCare my friend who stays with me in same building has got jio welcome offer a week back why am i not getting it even after having all pre requisites and even when are you guys planning to upgrade your networks in Hyderabad it sucks here with jio networks

    @reliancejio store did not help me reissue the lost sim. The situation is my sister (owner of the sim) is out of country and since she is here for fingerprint verification they won't issue a new sim. @JioCare kindly help in retrieving the new sim.

    @suryarohit2000 @reliancejio It shows all other bands properly. How can only 3700Mhz band have bug or issue ? Below are the bands i got till date in Netmonster app on my phone. 700mhz 5G band and 3700Mhz 5G Band. Jio5G 850Mhz,1800Mhz and 2300Mhz 4G LTE bands. Jio4G
