    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Jio is very pathetic in service. My plan expired 60 days back and company send the no in cancellation without prior information. After calling call centre they are clueless how it happened as cancellation time is 90 days..

    @BansalAnnany @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    I work from home. At present I m working entirely on my mobile data cuz this thug of a company @reliancejio @JioCare refuses to send an engineer for the 5th day in a row.They have even refused to refund the pre-paid internet charges for this month should I choose to cancel my 2/4

    Account. They have also refused to fully refund my deposit for the OTT services they have given me. This is in direct violation of what they had promised me when I took the OTT box. Today @reliancejio @JioCare has unilaterally closed my 2nd ticket without any resolution 3/4

They won’t do anything will just waste ur time … and harass u I am struggling to get my issue sorted…I am tired,,, Jio care pls refund my 1000 if u can sol I am extremely sorry I used ur Jio app for prime subscription.I will never use it.pls refund
