@reliancejio I have complaint about jio information system. When plan validity is near to expiry date and make a phone call why every time computerised voice informed like " your plan validity is expiring kindly recharge it". Whereas, remains date much more to expired.

If I have to rate the worst customer care of all time, it would be @reliancejio @JioCare I know you’re incapable of changing ownership of a person, So I tried porting my number. Right after that one of your dumb representative called and said it is possible to change ownership.
