@JioCare @fiber_jio Just having economical plans wouldn't make your customers happy, I would rather pick a better service provider who can fix an issue in 2 to 3 days. My ticket is open since last Monday and your customer care team sucks!!

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Dear Team, our corporate connections have not reactivated yet. Someone from jio Hyderabad have taken verification documents also last week. It's been a month time delay. If you can't do it let us know, at least we shall go with other service provider.

@JioCare Hey, last night I've placed a request to upgrade to eSim. I've received the eSim number and I even confirmed the upgradation request by sending 1 to 183. But I've never received an automated confirmation call. My eSim isn't active yet. Can you please help??

@JioCare Okay I am convinced about jio fibre. What about internet services for mobile? The signal bandwidth is fine but I can't able to get basic internet speed in my area. I even spoke to your customer care holder and it's been a year since they said working on it. Solve this issue soon.
