    I had an new connect of #JioGiagaFiber #jiocare dis month ...from past 2 days am not getting net ...I raise a ticket ...there is no response from any1 .....I tried calling all service numbers but no response.worst experience ever with jiogiga. Order NO0000AP1WDE. Pls respond!!!

    @TRAI @JioGigaFiber_ @reliancejio Worst service by JIO, No Grievance cell, No response, SR00000XQCYP raised for Gigafibre stopped functioning already 2 days passed no update. The support service not comparable with local operators, there response good.

    @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_ if you are not able to provide the service please stop it. You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

    @JioCare I don't anymore feel important to share my exact location with jio , it's the worst network ever, they say its 4g provided with the speed of ( 9.58kb) amazing right, this worst network is not even able to solve my issue in metro city like hyd. Switching back to airtel.

    Everyone in the office ( Salarpuria Satvva Knowledge City, Hyderabad ) is getting no signal sinceyesterday. Even for one person also signal is not getting. @JioCare is not even trying to solve this issue. It is not just for 1 person but for the entire people working in ofc

    Same situation here. Everyone in the office ( Salarpuria Satvva Knowledge City, Hyderabad ) is getting “ no signal “ since 7AM. Even for one person also signal is not getting @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_money @JioSaavn

    @reliancejio is giving 30kbps speed on 4G network in my area. @JioCare I hop it's not only ur name and u do care of customer. Kindly provide promised speed. 20-30kbps speed is not even meet 2G speed.

    @JioCare, I live in pin code of 700157, we have seven jio numbers, and due to the worst internet service we will join Airtel Network, as and when our existing plan of jio expire. After 07:00 pm, there is no connection
