    Please everyone don't take Jio Fiber connection, very poor service. After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. All tickets raised where closed automatically.😭 @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    Worst service from @JioCare and @reliancejio marketed jio fibre as 3months + 1month package free option but now stating as its not their fault and it's marketing team fault. Don't fall in their marketing strategy where you get suspended from services in mid month.

    Last 3 days productivity at our office has come down by 80%, as with out the internet we are handicapped. Due to false commitments from JIO cust care we were unable to meet our dead lines, hence had to face a lot of embarrassment.With @reliancejio @JioCare it’s like we don’t care

    @JioCare May I know when it was resolved Since last couple of weeks I'm facing this network issue again and again You raised a ticket but it's not opening in MY JIO App that's slow your network was.... I hope you understand my prob Now a days everything depends on INTERNET

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    @JioCare Mam I am leaving our station for a week now and will be back on 12th of December, and I will not allow any service engineer in my absence at my home. So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

    @GautamSolanki24 @JioCare Dear they will not do anything, they have very bad service. I am also facing router issue since 2 months but no action taken till date. I am serious planning to go for Airtel once I finish the amount which was paid.

    @JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a wow service you guys do provide. Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Look into this.

    @JioCare It doesn't matter where I open myjio app and run diagnostic it will always show the same error "outage detected" at least remove this when I'm not at home. Or it is like your app has been hacked and it keeps showing the same error every time. At least get it checked once.
