CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. Had to wait for nearly 2 days. As per service engineer update, they are short staffed & have started inducting trainees. Appreciate the service engineer.
