Nowadays it is a practice that you open a complaint and after few days it is closed without proper resolution. I lost all trust in JIO and really frustrated with your network.

What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date.
