Only one signal bar indoor & outdoor in my vertex LAKEVIEW villas, hyderabad. PIN code-500090.even after raising complaints since years nothing done by jio. Moving to other operator.

Current tests show 0.52–0.76 Mbps upload, repeated ping timeouts and latency spikes >3 seconds.Please escalate to your network team for RCA,not routine troubleshooting.

From customer care/technician side, I am continuously getting responses like “today/tomorrow,” but there is no final update.
