@JioCare worst experience with customers care, I called to 198 it's giving hell lot of unnecessary options but I never get a chance to speak with customer care person to explain the issue.

My village is Kanur Khurd, Taluka - Chandgad , Dist - Kolhapur , Maharashtra. @reliancejio has constructed the network tower but still it's not functional. People are waiting. @BSNLCorporate network is very poor sometimes people do not get network due to electricity outage.

Customers shouldn’t have to escalate issues on public platforms just to receive basic support. I had expected a much more prompt and professional response from Jio.
