    @reliancejio @JioCare as per the discussion from march1st your team informed the network & speed will increase in our location and I dont see any change even after 2 months. Just 1 or 2 points of signal. Planning to stop using Jio. My location 502032

    @JioCare Hello there! we are facing a huge network failure here. We chosen jio because its network quality was much better than others but it's worst now. This is the 3rd time we are raising the issue in last 6 months. but issue is not resolved.

    @JioCare Today I felt very bad... I didn't get net speed. I talked to jio customer care person but he has denied to take complaint.  he can say that..sorry sir we can't take complaint for this reason . Its really bad experience for me. Contact number is 9326051092

    @reliancejio @JioCare We are staying at road no 1, alkapoor township, neknampur,(Hyderabad) 500 089. We are facing very poor signal issues.Unable to make and receive calls at home.We are 70 flats community, 40 PPL are jio fiber clients. Plz help @Alakaapoor

    @JioCare @reliancejio From the beginning, Jio Data never works for us in our area, but somehow that is manageable with WiFi connections to access internet. We shooted a lot of complaints regarding that but nothing happened as expected.

    @ankur_vpn @airtelindia @reliancejio @jio Already escalated this issue in July for same location.. Got a government statement from Airtel :"Team is working on tower upgrade.. Will take time.. Hope same statement will not be repeated.

    @Keshav1206 @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Be careful w/ @Airtel_Presence they're as horrible as any other. I have been #airtel customer for 10+ yrs plus w/ 3 mbl srvc. since last yr im complaining #network issues & they didn't do a shit. but prompt in disconnecting outgoing/incoming. Look up my tweets.

    @iharshaa @reliancejio @JioCare They are defiant & wont resolve the issue. I had mentioned them 05 connection nos for resolving internet issue. But all in vain. Only alternative to go for MNP. Awaiting expiry date of all recharges to go for MNP. Useless company exploits customers. Company makes money luring us.

    @JioCare It’s been addressed yesterday after hundreds of email and phone calls. Finally router has been changed. You guys need to be more customer centric . Customer service is an alien concept to Reliance group. If you want to succeed in retail and service you need to pay more attention
