Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers
