@JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

@JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

@JioCare Dude, it's neither the handset's nor the website's problem. Just accept that your bloody network signal has the problem. Just get it checked as everyone in this locality is facing the issue and the major part ported out from Jio just like I am gonna do.
