    @JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare you folks are charging me for the time you need to cancel my connection (which is in the range of 1-10 days)! Isn’t this looting. I want my subscription cancelled today , so my payment should stop from today. I have been working with you folks for 2 weeks

    @JioCare why can’t you install a pole in front of my apartment.. it’s always speed and disconnection issue from neighbors house. Now we pay for 150mbps but receives only 10-20 mbps.. Solve or face disconnection.

    @JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

    @_MukeshAmbani please help us, i am loyal customer for jio from the launch, but from last 6months we are unable to get network in our area. @JioCare is not even registering a complaint.

    @JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

    @Flipkart is making fun for the refurbished product sell - got sms - You've paid Rs.890 to Flipkart via PhonePe from your IDBI Bank account - but product is still in cart. Fix the bug @Flipkart - that's why @amazonIN is superior and @reliancejio is in the way

    Very disappointed with JioAirFiber. Just days after installation, I’m facing frequent outages, unstable connectivity, and extremely poor performance. Paying for 30 Mbps plan but barely getting 1 Mbps speed in actual usage. I need a refund or do something about it !! @JioCare

    @JioCare -I am facing issues with port-in and SIM delivery. I raised the request on 14th May. So far SIM is not delivered. Whenever I call your customer care, they give false promises of EOD delivery or keep transferring calls, wasting time, and finally disconnecting.

    @reliancejio Hi Team Jio, I have applied for new JIOHOME connection on 04/05/2026 at Tarsali, Vadodara, Gujarat. My order number is NO0001D8ZA0E. After rigorous follow up through customer care and Jio App, the same is still pending for installation. Need urgent response.

    @JioCare You guys really need to pick your support team man. It's pathetic to say in a soft manner. I have raised multiple service requests on the service interruptions for the last 1 month, but no response. I have raised the requests to deactivate but still no response. PATHETIC

    @JioCare @reliancejio You're service is **** and while I've accepted my faith of lagged tv and low bandwidth, but then you go on deduct ammount of the whole year by whatever error you want to call it, now when I'm looking for resolution all I'm getting is automated responses
