    @ConsumerCom Sir we raised a cancellation request in @JioCare and services deactived finally I need to get refund, it's been a month no refund initiated and no cse is responded we raised many mails but no proper responce please take this complaint and save our middle class PPL

    @JioCare dear jio care team I am new gigafiber customer and my internet is down from 7th March. I have been written mails after mails to customer support and in vain ...no solution till date neither anyone called. And customer care number which has only one choice new connection

    @Rajan9453844440 @JioCare 3rd class service by Jio now a days and They are charging IUC also when ever others are giving unlimited facility.

    @JioCare @reliancejio From the beginning, Jio Data never works for us in our area, but somehow that is manageable with WiFi connections to access internet. We shooted a lot of complaints regarding that but nothing happened as expected.

    @JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

    @JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

    @JioCare why can’t you install a pole in front of my apartment.. it’s always speed and disconnection issue from neighbors house. Now we pay for 150mbps but receives only 10-20 mbps.. Solve or face disconnection.

    @ankur_vpn @airtelindia @reliancejio @jio Already escalated this issue in July for same location.. Got a government statement from Airtel :"Team is working on tower upgrade.. Will take time.. Hope same statement will not be repeated.

    @reliancejio @JioCare as per the discussion from march1st your team informed the network & speed will increase in our location and I dont see any change even after 2 months. Just 1 or 2 points of signal. Planning to stop using Jio. My location 502032

    @JioCare No one attends the call on "Call Technician" Also, only after 3 days, next schedule is available. Even then we can't be sure whether engineer will visit or not - same like today Kindly escalate the issue and please share local service contact details.
