But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

He marked the unresolved issue as “resolved,” while our paid internet service has now been disrupted for four days. His dismissive response was: “He’ll see when he can do it.” This conduct is unacceptable. Please restore the service by tomorrow and investigate the matter urgently.
