@JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

@reliancejio My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

@JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

"Data limit exhausted" on my jio prepaid it is show too early, I think 1.5 gb/day it's not provided by jio to customer as per plan & Network speed after 8pm is too slow plz pay attention on this @JioCare also not received any remaining data alert before show data limit exhausted.

@meanupamsingh @JioCare @reliancejio Initiating refund atleast takes 25 days in minimum…they may come for pickup say bank details are not coming up in the app leave the device and go away…you call the help desk they will say they’ll reschedule and just to initiating refund you will have to follow up n number..
