    @JioCare @reliancejio will I get proper resolution or you'll raise complaints and close it as usual. Nowadays it is a practice that you open a complaint and after few days it is closed without proper resolution. I lost all trust in JIO and really frustrated with your network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio haven't seen such a "Pathetic" "Worst" "Unprofessional" Customer Executive ever in my life, For new #jiofiber connection at 500037, literally made me wait for 6 hours saying coming in 10 min coming in 5 min and spoiled my entire day!!

    @JioCare During the resolution @reliancejio is asking to provide my location’s longitude and latitude to resolve the issue. @reliancejio team wants do everything from AC cabin even though the issue is related with network issues. #JioNoServiceProvider #JioNoNetwork

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a wow service you guys do provide. Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Look into this.

    Worst service from @JioCare and @reliancejio marketed jio fibre as 3months + 1month package free option but now stating as its not their fault and it's marketing team fault. Don't fall in their marketing strategy where you get suspended from services in mid month.

    @JioCare I would like to tell Jio that they did not take any action on this complaint and I kept asking about it again and again but they are so shameless, useless and bad that they did not take the customer's problem into consideration, today feeling more sad and frustrated .

    When I questioned this, @JioCare told me: "If you didn't get an SMS, the App Success message doesn't count. You should have re-checked." Since when is the customer responsible for double-checking if your "Success" screens actually mean success? (6/n)

    @jiocare What is this pathetic service? I have been waiting for the technician to come and fix my fiber issue, for more than 24 hrs. I called fhe technocian and he says its not his job. Customer service rescheduled appt 3 times now. Yet, nobody has come. Paying 1000/mo for this?

    @JioCare When a service request is pending for a month, it is not called on priority. It is called to be in a failed system. Anyway I have complained to the appellate for now.
