For your info tweeting this by connecting to my neighbour's wifi after iam unable to send even whatsapp messages. Concentrate on your network coverage before increasing recharge prices heavily. Iam repeating again your network completely sucks these days @reliancejio

@JioCare very pathetic service from JioFiber network, the issue has been raised on 8th december and still after repeated followup they are asking me another 24 hrs for scheduling the visit and there is no confirmation from the team on when the issue will be resolved.

@airtelindia Why am I not getting any response from @Airtel_Presence for last 20 hrs? Many cstomrs are getting replies within 20m to 1 hr. At this rate, I'll get no choice but to go for @reliancejio again. Tho I regret opting out of it in the 1st place, it has better service tbh.

@JioCare I am unable to do relocation request as they have no jio fiber service in this location. My previous location and my current location is in same pin code. And nearby peoples are using jio fiber then why I can't? If I were new customer then everything was possible i Believe.
