    @JioCare @jiocare 251 Rs Recharge was useless for me.. Which was recharge by me. Again I recharge with 399rs but still network speed is not more than 20 kbps..

    I still don't get network coverage at my workplace. Been over 3 months that I'm there with @reliancejio @JioCare and still no hope of it being resolved anytime soon. Not sure till when do I have to live with two numbers, one for work (non Jio) and my regular number on Jio

    @JioCare Today I felt very bad... I didn't get net speed. I talked to jio customer care person but he has denied to take complaint.  he can say that..sorry sir we can't take complaint for this reason . Its really bad experience for me. Contact number is 9326051092

    @JioCare @reliancejio reliance net connectivity is very pathetic at my location. Earlier also I complained no resolution so far after visit to my apartment

    @JioCare dear jio care team I am new gigafiber customer and my internet is down from 7th March. I have been written mails after mails to customer support and in vain ...no solution till date neither anyone called. And customer care number which has only one choice new connection

    @JioCare I work here its been very poor network since a few month, I like Jio but unfortunately I can live with it any more, please see if@tou can fix this, will@goce it 2 more weeks and will move to other networks

    @Airtel_Presence Called sales person many times but not taking calls was not appropriate . What to do after payment . Kindly provide the update and expidete this issue asap. Provide atmost priority to this issue and Hoping it will be resolved by EOD . @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @reliancejio for God's sake give us an option to speak to your customer care executives without going through your terribly exhaustive IVR system. To avoid misuse of lost phones, deactivation requests should be a quick option. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @JioCare I see jio has introduced omy data plan at 151 30 gb data for users who mostly use data But why jio dont have recharge for customer who only want calling not data? I am porting my number to Airtel for better service @TRAI

    @JioCare Don't get in trap of jio service..... Because they are providing 2G in name of 4G on cost of 4G+. Better opt for other service provider atleast they help you with problem.

    @JioCare I'm here experiencing terrible network connection.Since morning there's was frequent network outage. For sometime the network speed is good,but all the time the network is horrible.Cant bear with that. I had complaint about it many times but not yet solved. Hope it will

    Hello @JioCare .I am facing an issue with my jio fiber set top box remote. I can switch through apps using jio home app on my phone, but when i press any button on the remote,the red light blinks and there is no response. I even changed the batteries. Please guide
