it was a mistake to port into @reliancejio. After 6 months of usage, many complaints about network in Nallagandla, Hyderabad - it’s now a fair opp given to you to improve n time to say good bye. Expanding ur reach with a nonsensical signal strength is not gonna help. Jug Jug Jio

@JioCare Disappointed with the level of customer service. People be aware of Jio giga fibre. It's misleading, it's a trap. I am switching to Airtel Fibre and recommend it any day.

Friends beware of @JioCare they just suspends your voice calling after some high outgoing usage, no other telecom does such, even stupid customer care girl from @JioCare can't tell exact number of daily allowable calls, fake Jio fake @JioCare #portoutjio

@JioCare I paid the amount on 23.12.2020 and even after nearly 4 months the refund is not paid. I have provided bank statement, bank account details and whatever has been asked by you, still no refund. Are you trying to recover from the customer for the falling reliance shares?
