If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it.   @JioCare I'm done complaining to you about sudden removal of 5g services on my number (everything is 5g compatible) for months now. Can you let me know how to port it though? I'll find some better network provider. @reliancejio
