Last 3 days productivity at our office has come down by 80%, as with out the internet we are handicapped. Due to false commitments from JIO cust care we were unable to meet our dead lines, hence had to face a lot of embarrassment.With @reliancejio @JioCare it’s like we don’t care

@JioCare worst customer service and just in case jio fiber internet stops working then either you need to reach Ambani or God coz CS don’t know anything. Technitian visit on their own convinces and in my case not till now! @Airtel_Presence #JIOTrue5G #jiofiber @reliancejio #5g

@reliancejio @JioCare such a wow service you guys do provide. Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Look into this.

@JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

@reliancejio @JioCare the worst services possible. I have just spent 30 mins talking to a customer executive who is telling me that even though we provide 4G and 5G . If 4G is not working then they cant do anything. Effectively all android devices should be thrown away.

Hello @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice SR00001BUBVC it has literally been a month, cancellation- refund request was logged and i have NOT received any mail or amount from your ward. you have failed to provide proper service, atleast be diligent at processing things.
