    @TRAI @JioGigaFiber_ @reliancejio Worst service by JIO, No Grievance cell, No response, SR00000XQCYP raised for Gigafibre stopped functioning already 2 days passed no update. The support service not comparable with local operators, there response good.

    @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_ if you are not able to provide the service please stop it. You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

    @JioCare I don't anymore feel important to share my exact location with jio , it's the worst network ever, they say its 4g provided with the speed of ( 9.58kb) amazing right, this worst network is not even able to solve my issue in metro city like hyd. Switching back to airtel.

    @JioCare The internet becomes the basic commodity in day to day life and all the services under the sky become online. JIO’s poor net service, that is - often we are out of internet which is not solved by your service engineers.
