@JioCare @reliancejio @CMOMaharashtra My village is awaiting for the Jio network. It's been almost a year, the tower construction has been completed, but still the tower isn't functional. As a reliable cellular provider, we are looking forward to get the network connectivity soon

@JioCare No one has visited yet for the device recovery. Please, now this is getting really annoying. Remember, I placed a simple disconnection request on 1st Jun '22, and my connection disconnected next day. Even then, After that I have placed multiple service request but no relief yet.
