@JioCare Pls take note that we are facing very poor data and voice network in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad - Pin Code 500018 Pls improve your network service !! Frequent call drops, calls not getting connected, No Network, etc.

@JioCare Hi, I will port my number from Airtel to Jio, Jio works better than Airtel here,but this area has some issues, signals are good in half of the home, but doesn’t cover the full area, please guide me so that, I can go ahead with Jio.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I raised a complain for my wifi last night but still the issue is not fixed. SR00001E225B. I couldn’t work today because of this and jio care is not helpful. I need this to be fixed by morning 10. I need to start my work tomorrow by 11.

@JioCare I couldn't make or receive calls. It says busy or out of network for whoever calls me and i couldn't dial any numbers .. Its frequently happening irrespective of the location..

@JioCare I was told that the initial 1500 payment was caution deposit and would be refunded once I return the device. The sales guy who sold me this never bothered to take my call when I wanted to end the account. I had to write to you people to take back the device. And after all this
