    @JioCare Hi, I will port my number from Airtel to Jio, Jio works better than Airtel here,but this area has some issues, signals are good in half of the home, but doesn’t cover the full area, please guide me so that, I can go ahead with Jio.

    Thanks @DishTV_India for your BEST accessories and service. Already replaced STB, LNB, connectors in these 2 years. Now i need pay 700₹ one more time for installing new LNB. Am done with you!! Am looking for change. Please help me @TataSky @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have such a horrible time with Jio customer care for sim replacement. It has been more then 2 days with no resolution. Request the team to take care if it urgently and provide a resolution

    Jio.. jio.. signals too low low.. Competition isn't always about offers and also about service. I'm at a major railway station and no data WTF... Pretty annoying.. Went Bangalore last week, the same routine.. @reliancejio #jiosucks

    Tomorrow is the day, I hope @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have taken steps to improve the communication, till now I am just surviving on sms, where I come to know who is trying to reach me. Else I will find out answers. @reliancejio no action from you for a new customer.

    @JioCare Pls take note that we are facing very poor data and voice network in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad - Pin Code 500018 Pls improve your network service !! Frequent call drops, calls not getting connected, No Network, etc.

    @thesuniljain @PiyushGoyal @reliancejio @narendramodi How can you say predatory pricing when Jio is making profits. This is probably the price if you remove markup for corruption in the roi. Jio has an ARPU of 154 mts per customer, highest in the business. And a large base.

    I have complained many times on @reliancejio but the result is zero, I think you gys are not serious towards your customer. There is no connectivity till 14 to 16 hours in a day, seems to have to take airtel service now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio can I get a new fiber connection? As the customer service provided by @Airtel_Presence is worse and it made the experience hell.

    @JioCare have installed jio fiber about ten days back. Service is pathetic , customer care doesn't work at all, says not available. We thought Jio would work well but we are very disappointed with the service.

    @JioCare @amishra865 Don’t do that! @amishra865 Jio services are bad! My fibre is down and it has been 3 days - no resolution at all. Engineers are a waster totally - sorry to say but that’s how it is. I am planning to switch to another provider with better services in place.
