@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio My SRN SR00001BDYX1 has not been addressed by any technician or engineer yet in last 21hrs. They simply repeat, technical reasons taking time and no assurance yet. Very poor service. Please take immediate action and help in resolving this.

@reliancejio @JioCare i don't want to listen the ivr in last days before plan expires. I've paid for the service until then i don't want to listen that. It's annoying so i called jio care and in response i got that it can't be turned off. @TRAI other service provider like vi has
