CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?

It is again out today with ETA of 2:30PM. This is really absurd and such major outage in weekdays without prior comms is poor service.

Earlier it was good, but there is absolutely no network, no service in the area. @JioCare resolved the issue within 10 days. Airtel sucks
