    @JioCare @PMOIndia jio care has least concerned about customers..jio is licensed network to loot money by collecting deposits from customers and it is having great support from govt.

    @JioCare from January you are saying only that 'we will check & update' but no solution from your side...I never seen such a worst mobile network in my life

    @JioCare just confirm me that 'we take amount security deposit as refundable but as per hidden network policy we won't refund' so that I never ask you for my refund amount of balance ₹246

    @JioCare In a month I'll get 10-15 times slow network, access denied , poor network , etc... Error like this so what to do everytime I do complaint but person what he do on terrec & tells it's ok know

    @JioCare how many months you want solve the issue when converted from postpaid to prepaid (Jan 8-21) you said that in 60days will be refunded..and in March you said the issue will be solved in 10-15days and now you are asking what is the issue. jio related branches are most worst in India

    @JioCare There is call drop issue in my area from last 25 days and we reported about this problem more than 200 numbers but not action has been initiated by jio. Jio has no care for there valuable customers, they know how to looted money from thier customers. Now I PORT to Vi.
