    @JioCare Disappointed with the level of customer service. People be aware of Jio giga fibre. It's misleading, it's a trap. I am switching to Airtel Fibre and recommend it any day.

    @ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

    Friends beware of @JioCare they just suspends your voice calling after some high outgoing usage, no other telecom does such, even stupid customer care girl from @JioCare can't tell exact number of daily allowable calls, fake Jio fake @JioCare #portoutjio

    it was a mistake to port into @reliancejio. After 6 months of usage, many complaints about network in Nallagandla, Hyderabad - it’s now a fair opp given to you to improve n time to say good bye. Expanding ur reach with a nonsensical signal strength is not gonna help. Jug Jug Jio

    @JioCare I recently bought a postpaid no. And I was told international calls are no.problem. however, only after purchase I understand that I have to keep recharging with 501. It so doesn't make sense at all. It's a postpaid, so why do I have to recharge?
