    @JioCare @reliancejio i have taken fiber connection of jio and respective area manager has asked me to pay for 6 months so that I would be getting one month additional internet for free of cost.Raised this concern with Jio and still the issue is not resolved after 1 week.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is Jio True 5G support esim in samsung phone or only phisical sim, because i have not received TRUE 5G welcome offer for esim mobile, whereas other physical sim received welcome offer, both numbers are located in same place and under family plan.

    @JioCare this is a perfect example of poor customer experience, and it shows the entire Jio team is working in circles and how downstream teams are following the same approach with out solving customer issue you are asking the customer to follow the same approach again pathetic

    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    @JioCare @reliancejio will I get proper resolution or you'll raise complaints and close it as usual. Nowadays it is a practice that you open a complaint and after few days it is closed without proper resolution. I lost all trust in JIO and really frustrated with your network.

    @JioCare You Idiot's are Working or sleeping with anyone all the day, none of the ******** Care for the Customers Concerns, as informed earlier gave a Cancellation request on 16th August 2022, none of the Engineer Bastard have called us for Modem pick up. Never go for JIO Connection.

    Worst service from @JioCare and @reliancejio marketed jio fibre as 3months + 1month package free option but now stating as its not their fault and it's marketing team fault. Don't fall in their marketing strategy where you get suspended from services in mid month.

    @JioCare Mam I am leaving our station for a week now and will be back on 12th of December, and I will not allow any service engineer in my absence at my home. So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

    @p_rajuke @JioCare Believe me , jio care Never cared for customers,, I have gone through same pain since I have procured jio fiber , initially they were responding nicely , and technician was also coming on time as per schedule, but now we have to reschedule appointment again and again

    @JioCare I am very frustrated with your joke of customer service, everytime I get an automated message with no hopes of resolution My jio fibre connection isn't working and the earliest visit it gave me WAS 14TH APRIL WHAT DO I TILL THEN WHEN I HAVE WORK FROM MONDAY. You suck.
