After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. Don't fall in their marketing strategy where you get suspended from services in mid month.

Nowadays it is a practice that you open a complaint and after few days it is closed without proper resolution. I lost all trust in JIO and really frustrated with your network.

They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

The issue is, I never requested an eSIM upgrade. Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: “Your eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.”
