Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Helpline (199/1800-889-9999) IVR is also not working. Need immediate resolution or I'll escalate through consumer forums and legal channels.

If you don't believe me, I will use other companies' networks and live stream your network speed.
