    Then why should I bear all this nonsense even if I have paid bill much in advance?! Raised a request for disconnection. You just provided 3days of internet service from the date it is installed @JioCare @reliancejio I'll make others aware of the service you provide.

    @JioCare SR000018QYFZ and SR000018QYHX May I know the status of these two service requests?? Why are these numbers of mine not deactivated yet?? I placed the deactivation request in February. This is May. I'm still able to see the numbers on 'My Jio'.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio there is absolutely no network / signals right in the heart of Hitech City, Hyderabad. My work place is located in Galaxy by Aurobindo (Opposite IKEA) and I have zero network on my mobile at 8th floor!! Can you do something about this?

    @JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

    @JioCare Thanks Akshay you local team since two month they are just postponing to next week I don't think the next week will ever come. Any will go to ACT for new connection. U have very weak and bad management of adding connections u don't have customer care or don't have local centers.

    Dear @JioCare Am facing low intenet speed issue, It's 4G connection but very slow... at times signal completely goes off and missing calls. Seems no proper network coverage in and around Suryanagar (LMark : Megacity school), Hayathnagar, HYD Please check. TIA

    Hi @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10164907285204 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 23-May between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT I have an training session till 6:30 pm and as of now am using @JioCare mobile net , which is slow Can you please resolve my issue as soon as possible

    @JioCare On the other hand, Airtel executives have assured instant connection post submissions on NOC and other documents. The building next door is also live and up. If such service is available, why wait and opt for Jio...makes sense right?

    No one is picking up the call and neither can I raise complaint. Trying since morning to raise the issue of Loss of signal. If the company doesn't have capacity to provide uninterrupted internet service then it's high time to shut the company and ask @reliancejio to take over.
