I paid for Jio Fiber, while registering JIo executive promised that installation will be done by next day. No progress since a week.

But got only 50% as refund? Any justification for deducting 50% amount? Also the cancellation and refund took 3 months.

Mehul Chaturvedi (@imMehul18) reported6-10% of my battery is consumed daily because of low signal from @reliancejio @JioCare . Reported the same issue back in 2017 as well but I don’t think they care for their customers. Poor services!
