    @JioCare @reliancejio A technical issue delayed the engineer's visit ? Seriously. 🤔 What technical issue might have caused my disconnection !!? Probably I had a technical issue in opting for Jio Fiber.

    @reliancejio MyJio app is taking more than 1min to load even I have sufficient data? Is it 4G or 2G? I'm not able to attend class through a zoom meeting due to a weak network. Do the needful ASAP. it's an emergency.

    @JioCare really fed up with Jio service, for new registration, sales team does false promises & after subscribing, Jio doesn't even care about you. I paid for Jio Fiber, while registering JIo executive promised that installation will be done by next day. No progress since a week.

    @JioCare Order no . NO0000FJOW9H Registered Mobile number. 7303684030. Request for @fiber_jio installation. Its been 5 days now i am asking for this. Jio service is really poor. If you can't just give the refund. Why we should suffer because of unprofessional JIO service.

    @JioCare the jio network of madhao market Lanka, Varanasi-221005 is not working since last two months. We are the employees of heritage hospitals and almost 350 employees are using jio network. We are facing the problem and will think about porting our sim to other networks.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My smart phone supports so *** SMS to start using 5G services but unfortunately always my network shows only 4G , I saw it twice a day with a 5G symbol on my mobile... Does jio allowes limited connections with 5G

    @reliancejio I m a jio user & facing lots of issues of call dropping from when I got a 5G welcome offer and also not getting 5G network when it is in 5G network area from last 4 to 5 days. I'm really frustrated with it. Resolved it on priority. @TRAI
