    @reliancejio @JioCare I have handed over all the devices and accessories in best condition, which were used only for 3 months because of bad service by you. But got only 50% as refund? Any justification for deducting 50% amount? Also the cancellation and refund took 3 months.

    @JioCare I am using the Jio mobile & Jio dongle since two years sorry to inform as soon as I teach my society where 250!flats are there, network is zero,I have complained this several time with jiocare through mobile but no response.

    I want to relocate my @reliancejio fibre account w/in the city & @JioCare tells to surrender the acc, forget paid monthly charges & pay for a new account. Why does website mentions that ur incompetent @jiocare will help process transfer requests #unethical #unprofessional

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber stopped working today and I've been trying to call the customer care the entire day with no luck. My sister's Work From Home got affected the entire day due to your pathetic customer care. Kindly fix this at the earliest. I need a response NOW!!!

    @JioCare There is no network in our area. The internet is not working at all. There is no jio network here. Airtel has a good network. Everyone is being ported in Airtel I want to be ported.

    @JioCare Hey, last night I've placed a request to upgrade to eSim. I've received the eSim number and I even confirmed the upgradation request by sending 1 to 183. But I've never received an automated confirmation call. My eSim isn't active yet. Can you please help??

    @JioCare I paid ₹6090.12 for 6months jiofiber connection in mar 2020 and trying to get a Invoice with GST but no support. After 180 days no one can give a invoice for the amount paid?

    @reliancejio there seems to be some problem with tele verification number. It asks to press digits (1, 2 etc) for choosing options but is not accepting any response when I press the numbers. Please sort the issue. Have to activate 2 numbers.

    @Ankit58832354 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
