@JioCare the issue is from January month..I got call from jio care in January month that amount will be refunded in account and after posting in twitter you people are responding but still the issue is not solved

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Dear Team, our corporate connections have not reactivated yet. Someone from jio Hyderabad have taken verification documents also last week. It's been a month time delay. If you can't do it let us know, at least we shall go with other service provider.

@JioCare @fiber_jio Just having economical plans wouldn't make your customers happy, I would rather pick a better service provider who can fix an issue in 2 to 3 days. My ticket is open since last Monday and your customer care team sucks big time

@JioCare Its been 72 hrs, which i have provided you every detail you have asked for and till now i didn’t any update on the payment issue. If we didn’t recharge and you will be disconnecting the internet promptly. Then you are not addressing the money you deducted.

@reliancejio First work on 4g network it's very slowly in mangaldai town after start 5G. JIO 4G not working always 9 pm to 10 am why 4G speed is 0.. I have many time complain but till now not working resolve this problem Third class service provide in mangaldai town.. Assam Darrang..

@geekyranjit @reliancejio In Kolkata, using the 5G service of Jio since Nov. Excellent coverage on samsung phones (n28). Somehow my iPhone doesn't connect to n28. It always latches on n78. Speed is around 300-500 indoor (n28), indoor 700-1200 (n78) outdoor 1300-2100(n78).

I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. 8528505850 my Jio number
