@JioCare @reliancejio From the beginning, Jio Data never works for us in our area, but somehow that is manageable with WiFi connections to access internet. We shooted a lot of complaints regarding that but nothing happened as expected.

@reliancejio I had converted my physical sim to esim by going to a jio centre. And now my phone number has no network @JioCare customer service agents are telling me that there is an issue with my new handset, without checking anything! Please start training them properly!
