So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?

Nowadays it is a practice that you open a complaint and after few days it is closed without proper resolution. I lost all trust in JIO and really frustrated with your network.

The engineer Shivraju was very cooperative and communicative for registration and payment, but now he does not respond & provides daily false commitment. Issue raised to Manager Manjunath and await response.
