    @JioCare @reliancejio your service is becoming pathetic, I have paid for 300 MBPS speed and getting 145 MBPS, even with that all apps and browsers are buffering... Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?

    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    @JioCare You Idiot's are Working or sleeping with anyone all the day, none of the ******** Care for the Customers Concerns, as informed earlier gave a Cancellation request on 16th August 2022, none of the Engineer Stupids have called us for Modem pick up.Never go for JIO new Connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio haven't seen such a "Pathetic" "Worst" "Unprofessional" Customer Executive ever in my life, For new #jiofiber connection at 500037, literally made me wait for 6 hours saying coming in 10 min coming in 5 min and spoiled my entire day!!

    @JioCare @JioCare Today I received another message from Jio stating that an engineer appointment has been scheduled. However, shortly after that, I received another message saying that the installation has been put on hold. This is very confusing and unprofessional. I have already requested a refund, but there has been no progress on that either. I am attaching proofs for your reference. I also have no timeline or update on when I will receive my refund. Kindly look into this on priority and provide a clear resolution.

    @JioCare Enough is enough. Your internet speed is pathetic and completely unusable. I’ve already contacted support and got no proper help. Stop wasting my time. Refund the remaining balance of my plan after deducting the used days and transfer it to my bank account .@reliancejio
