@JioCare @reliancejio your technicians came today and said that they cannot resolve this issue, it will continue to give low coverage. (Despite others in the same apartment get more coverage with similar jio) they suggested me to port to a different providor. so will move soon.

Most pathetic service ever by these internet provider @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice. Been waiting from past 4 days to get my connection.On the first day this guy Vicky-+916281849808 came home made me disconnect my connection with act fiber.

I have jio prepaid number and paying approx 600rs every three month . And network is nill network tower in mobile is one . And internet speed is like 2G. And jio promise 5G speed. @JioCare

@JioCare we are at on work from home. Our location is siswa, east champaran, Bihar - 845422. We are irritated with jio network. Jio tower is just behind our location within 100m. But it will always turning off for 2,3 hr in every 4hrs. The tower operator is selling disel openly.
