    @JioCare SR000018QYFZ and SR000018QYHX May I know the status of these two service requests?? Why are these numbers of mine not deactivated yet?? I placed the deactivation request in February. This is May. I'm still able to see the numbers on 'My Jio'.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio there is absolutely no network / signals right in the heart of Hitech City, Hyderabad. My work place is located in Galaxy by Aurobindo (Opposite IKEA) and I have zero network on my mobile at 8th floor!! Can you do something about this?

    Hi @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10164907285204 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 23-May between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT I have an training session till 6:30 pm and as of now am using @JioCare mobile net , which is slow Can you please resolve my issue as soon as possible

    @JioCare be done today , but still we will try our best . At the end the issue was not resolved. I was kept on hold for 30 min at 8:30 call (is this the way you handle your customers ?) M I stupid to book appointment for 18th 2 days earlier ? Very poor service

    @JioCare @reliancejio your MyJio app is absolutely #pathetic And there’s no way of reaching the customer care. Why the hell is there no ‘talk to customer care’ option?? Even if we call your IVR, there’s no option to talk to an executive!! What the heck of a service is this??

    @JioCare At then end on day , issue was not resolved , I would have opted 3rd party service , but they will voice the warranty (according to you) so basically you don’t want to give service on time or let customer take any 3rd party service. I am just stuck with this pathetic service
