@JioCare It's been almost 2 months and nothing resolved. You guys told me to wait for the resolution for call drops and slow internet issue in my area. I'm tired of complaining about same thing again and again, I think switching to other operator might solve my problem.

@JioCare That's why I've decided to leave your network because you have numbers of user who uses services simultaneously at peak hours and you can't handle this situation. So it is better to switch to the network who gives much better service than jio than listening your idiotic excuses.

@JioCare I arrived at Lucknow Junction station on 23rd evening at 2100 hrs and tried booking ola and uber for my destination.Ultimately, I took an auto as there was no internet. I was informed by driver that Jio network is normally non-existent at Station.

@DoT_India kindly look, From last 1.5 years these Jio guys are kept on extending days for resolution but not resolving my complaint since July'2017 Spent lot of money on recharges. Internet speed is 0.01Kbps, internet coverage is very poor now-a-days. @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare
