@JioCare I'm experiencing big internet speed issue (Getting only 5-10KB/s). I don't understand, why do you call yourself "4G" when you can't even provide "2G" speed. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with your service and call support who always address me that "we've no information sorry".

@reliancejio Hi I am using Jio corporate connections in the Name of GMDM global energy, A/c - 900440122803. Where I received the bill which is wrong as Rs 6000 wrong charges are added. No one from Jio is listening and my all numbers are barred. Really very pathetic service.

@reliancejio @JioCare Sorry to say but your #JioFiber router has a very poor WiFi range, you gave a refurbished router for a fresh connection and your Internet speed and latency badly disappoints. Things are much better with Airtel Fiber internet connection. A bad experience.

Part 2/3 @reliancejio now delivery person came and did all the process and he showed me order got accepted. After that he asked me Rs 349 and shows me that many customers has sent money to him on his personal Gpay. After that I called customer support to verify th authenticity.

@reliancejio - i hv recd this msg arnd 12 times in the last 1 mnth. Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services xxx are impacted in your area since 12-05-2022 01:38 PM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 12-05-2022 05:38 . Who will refund my charges for the downtime?
