Yesterday i installed airtel xstreme fibre at my home ,in mobile afte 749 recharge plan over i will port my jio to airtel ,,i m using jio since beginning but due bad customer support i will port to airtel Thanks to airtel @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare hello its been going to 1 year jio net is not refunding my 1500 it was surrendered with in 1 month i am trying to inbox in tweeter now they stop responding my messages. This is very bad experience from jio i would suggest to all not try jio net as they are thieves

@JioCare Alright as a human do take your time but please don't use another message template for excuse. It's just issuing duplicate sim chip. However, I am using wifi for daily work. Kindly fix it by issuing duplicate sim at no extra cost as it's not my fault.

@JioCare My jio fiber network is not giving Wi-Fi for last 2days. Raised service request yesterday. Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.
