@JioCare @reliancejio Please register a complain for No internet access and blinking red light on #JioFiber 300348124207 since the past 2 hours. Every other month this issue keeps coming back, why doesn't Jio provide better solutions to fix problems at their end?

@reliancejio @JioCare my jiofibre is not providing stable connection. It turns to blinking green, blinks for a while(network is good during->no circuit problem) and then turns red again. Need help. Can't connect with any of ur specialist and your app is crap.Tells to check later.

@reliancejio Recharge failed twice for which amount deducted from my bank account Rs 1299+ 1299 . After half an hour both the recharges are available in my jio app. The customer care was not able to give a satisfactory answer and they were not refunding amt Big bug in Jio app.
