@JioCare and payment will be refunded in7,10 days... nothing happened, nobody called, when now I enquired the customer care responded very poorly I'm still on call while writing this and now it's more then 1 hour I am holding the call and waiting for the senior person to attend

@JioCare And what about the behaviour of the customer executive??? U guys taking customers as granted?? I hold the call around 45 minutes,just bcoz ur customer executive told me to hold while he was transferring my call to the senior person

Hello! @reliancejio This is seriously very bad. Ur customer service is pathetic. Few months back we installed jio fiber at our place due to some problem we changed the wifi . some amount of money is due with uh of ours.. ur manager is not helping us. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I am going to disconnect my jio fiber connection pathetic service response they charge me heavy amount and not providing proper assistance my internet not working from 4 days . Going to opt airtel fiber atleast there customer response service are good . 😎

@JioCare I have an annual plan which gives 1.5GB data and an additional plan for 30GB fast data for 30days. However, I face internet issue everyday. More than 30% packets loss, sometime ping latency is 30sec and bandwidth drops to 100Kbps. Please help in this regards.
