Complained my problem of low speed. Now the speed has become very slow and nobody assisted too.. Realy disappointed in meslef to get stucked in this network coz i recharged for months knowing the fact of its low speed and hoping for better services. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Network getting worse day by day. I had complained regarding network in my 10 days back & support team called me and said there's technical work going on in my area they will install a booster nearby to increase the network, but no improvement until now @JioCare

@reliancejio Very Dissapointed to say that Jio Fiber has no control over it's customer service. My Router is not working since 13th June. I lodged complaint. Now it's 16th, no technician has visited. #unreliable Jio Fiber cannot be trusted for work from home. Pathetic Service!!!
