    @reliancejio Recharge failed twice for which amount deducted from my bank account Rs 1299+ 1299 . After half an hour both the recharges are available in my jio app. The customer care was not able to give a satisfactory answer and they were not refunding amt Big bug in Jio app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello I brought a Jio phone about 1 week ago , but after two days network signal are not coming in my Jio phone I went to Jio service center of Shahjahanpur (UP) but no one responded they all talked very rudly my phone is still not working

    @reliancejio No replies for customer issues? Glad that I had BSNL as a backup option. BSNL's 3G is at least 10-12 times faster than your 4G+ network. Deplorable Jio4G and JioFiber conditions where customers aren't even replied to for their issues

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I applied for Jio Fiber on 21 September, which was also paid and today till 06 October I was not given a Jio connection and every day I am saying that tomorrow I will make sure all my work is online. Or I am having a lot of trouble at work
