@JioCare @JioCare Are you guys gonna visit even today or I'll have to be without internet for another day? Your Fiber Broadband is no way cheap that you give so poor on site services. Your mobile data barely works, and now even wifi isn't working. Your router sits as a piece of garbage.

@JioCare Please get your pathetic JioFiber disconnected from my premises because I'm tired of complaining about no internet access every month since the past 4 months and issue a refund of the security ammount. I'll gladly switch to Excitel.

@JioCare @JioCare What happened to your resolution timelines? It was 1st supposed to be fixed yesterday and then again today at 10AM. No one has still visited yet nor called. Please initiate cancellation and refund of Security deposit or tell me the official process for it

@JioCare are you able to handle your customers? If you are facing issues from 2 days in just issuing a lost sim by saying that our servers are not working than what i will expect from @reliancejio .The guys on the centres even does not want to talk to the customer.

@JioCare @RIYAJSHAIKH2 Speed is not a issue .... You guys are most uncivilised unethical where customer care is the last thing your care. All what matters to you is MONEY. Got recharged and to address the service a misbehaving technician comes in odd hours after 5 days.

@ATHULCP10 @reliancejio Don't go for their JioFiber. Their internet stops working randomly and complains are not attended to for days. And they provide no permanent solution to the problem. Despite regular complains, no resolution from them. Even writing to TRAI has no issue on @JioCare

Dear @PMOIndia, see how @reliancejio and @JioCare is continuously ignoring my complaints and doing nothing. Network connectivity issue is worst in my area but they don’t care because they are busy in making money and doing fraud with their customers!!

@reliancejio I have requested to jio fiber & also deposited Rs- 2850/- on 17/7/2021. Your Service man says that the installation is complete by 18/7/21. But still this is pending. My work & childrens study is suffering due to this reason . Sorry to say but very Bad experience.
