    @JioCare contd... Even at 5 GHz THERE IS NO STABILITY OF SPEED. Ethernet connection is recognised but shows no internet. The technician doesn’t know LAN connectivity. Can’t change password. Bad deal. Ensure giving me a stable internet or cancel subscription.

    @JioCare The response from Jio claims that I should use chat services, which I did. Those prerecorded messages do not solve the problem. Jio admitted staff shortage, so please make service free till resolution. Option of refund too if not resolved 11 am today.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please confirm if network is not available then how we will find that youtube setting. Many customers leave her service provider for your better commitment of network. Dear @TRAI please look into the matter. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancejio .

    @JioCare New JioFiber Gold Plan 1200, 250 MBPS, a/c no. 800124595632 dtd 4th Apr. Poor connectivity On WiFi, download and upload speed 9-12 MBPS. Even can’t change password. Tech aware but not responding. services not free so attend today b/f 11 am, else refund

    @JioCare Today I was given a new connection of JioFiber Gold Plan 1200, 250 MBPS. On WiFi, speed is 9-12 MBPS. While I understand that your services are affected, you are not giving me a free service. Either rectify now or refund me the full amounts and take away your devices.

    Wouldn’t incentivising this work better. Why can’t block develop officers of the lowest common denominator speak to principals and get this done in schools and colleges. Why can’t @JioCare @reliancejio or respective service provider give some additional data as an incentive

    @reliancejio I was having Airtel Post Paid no. 7903813601, got the no. ported to Jio Post paid with help of Jio Store Staff. Today morning, my sim has stopped working. I contacted jio store, pakur, they told it will be activated with in 4 hrs but yet my no. is not activated.

    @JioCare It's the duty of any company to clarify all the tnc at the time of purchase of product or service. Shame on jio that it uses such cheap tactics to earn money & also to harrass the customer

    @JioCare Solutions.if you want, please check the issue and log report how every month jio team is cheating us this way. When I ask what is TAT for getting resolution, tthey said technical team had not updates anything. My question if you unable to provide services why not be honest

    @JioCare my net is not working from last 12 days. It's been 10 times I contacted to jio customer care and all the times I got the condolence that your connection will be restored tomorrow. Engineer and technicians are poorly guided and less technical supported. Still suffering.
