@JioCare internet service again interrupted again. If you can't give troubleshoot or check right now, don't register any complain, simply terminate my connection. Airtel is far better then you. Give solution either right now or stay away

@JioCare Do you call this an assistance? Your support said that too many people are using it that's why the internet is not working. If you could not afford too many people then why did you sell your sim card? Too many people doesn't mean that I have to compromise the services.

@JioCare I need to shut down Jio Fiber because I have taken a package with Netflix but it is not appearing on TV. Now when I pressed icon on Netflix it always asked for code which I have never received. Tha ks for your service, I will use it till the validity deadline only

@JioCare One of the worst service ever seen. Customer service executives doesn't even raise any complaint to hide such issues. Again today Gautam Pandey customer service executive denied raising my complaint against my broadband connection and asked me to complain somewhere else.
