Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.

Harsh Gajjar (@harshgajjar_28) reported@JioCare really disappointed with the service. Ordered a new SIM 48 hours ago after being promised 24-hour delivery, still no update. Delivery agent’s phone is switched off. First call kept me on hold 13 mins then disconnected, second attempt no response. Really frustrating.
