    @JioCare The response from Jio claims that I should use chat services, which I did. Those prerecorded messages do not solve the problem. Jio admitted staff shortage, so please make service free till resolution. Option of refund too if not resolved 11 am today.

    @JioCare contd... Even at 5 GHz THERE IS NO STABILITY OF SPEED. Ethernet connection is recognised but shows no internet. The technician doesn’t know LAN connectivity. Can’t change password. Bad deal. Ensure giving me a stable internet or cancel subscription.

    @JioCare Today I was given a new connection of JioFiber Gold Plan 1200, 250 MBPS. On WiFi, speed is 9-12 MBPS. While I understand that your services are affected, you are not giving me a free service. Either rectify now or refund me the full amounts and take away your devices.

    @JioCare I got that Jio Prime membership is a one time payment. My question is that is it necessary to pay to prime membership during the portability process. As a customer I just wanted to port to Jio and not interested in prime membership thing.

    @JioCare Dear Jio My Mobile No is Deactivated due to esim removal from mobile but no one from jio store and customer care able to resolved my issue. Very poor worst and pathetic service provided by them kindly close it.

    @JioCare It means customer can remove it if they want to. Why customer should pay an extra 99 after paying 239 for recharge? Jio Prime Membership subscription should be based on customer consent. Adding it by default and not asking customer feels like scam.
