    @JioCare Doing this for last twenty days what next I am only getting date that service engineer will visit and at last moment u extend to another day after 3 to 4 days u send message that ur address verification failed so try again for relocation u all r cheating ur customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have not seen such poor service of jio till date, so much care is being taken in setting up a conection in this areaThere is a manager (Sajid) even after talking to him, no answer was rcvd,he does not even pick up the phon what is the benefit of such srvc

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio, We 700 Students Users in #Nigohan, Lucknow facing network in Using Internet and from 3 Year We facing same issues and raising complaint but not any resolve getting now we decided to port our sim in @airtelindia if you not fix issues in 3 days.

    @JioCare I had call the customer support team for my network issue while using the net and they had disconnected the call without giving satisfactory answer to me while we all ate valuable customer but in front of them we are noting very disappointed will try to change sim.😔😞

    @reliancejio @PMOIndia In the last month my 18 data is useless when downloading content from Jio's network, 95% downloads get canceled on auto mode.

    @reliancejio Not received jio 5 g welcome offer yet. i have already 5g device still it’s showing device is not compatible in my jio app. Connected with customer care not responding properly, at least register some request no , worst experience with jio.

    @ambika_Mam @JioCare In our area zehta road Lucknow we have around 60 mobiles in our building but your network is very poor that s why we are not recharging. Kindly upgrade your network in this area. Moreover Manny high rise buildings are also ready to be occupied recently, kindly improve !

    @JioCare And please don't drop the message please try to clear the issue within this month because then I will think to port the sim if you will not able to clear the issue ..Very much frustrated with the jio care and jio sim too no proper customer support or any clear clarification

    @JioCare Dear team Above mentioned device is compatible with JIO5g network because it is supporting respective band and for it software upgrade was done already,kindly check for my respective no. Also my jio app showing same model in upgrade option.

    @JioCare I don't understand what complexity is going on except ignoring customer 's grievances recharged my jio fiber by your app,payment was successful, your customer support officials are saying payment received but pending,took 48 hours to resolve ,still pending till now 10.45am

    @DoT_India Sir, I humble request you to please take necessary actions upon these network providers. We have a Hospital and after 24-48 hours issues didn't get resolved. They @JioCare @reliancejio are very irresponsible 🙏🙏

    Jio is time and again proving that they are not customer friendly.... They like to bull doze.... Broadband not working.... Jio app is not helping in any way.... Customer care not attending.... What more.....!!?? I would say it's worst option to take Jio.... @JioCare

    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio

    From the last 3 days in Kurhani Muzaffarpur, I and the rest of all my friends who use @reliancejio Air Fiber are experiencing extremely poor internet or I should say we are unable to use the internet. @reliancejio customer care people are unable to solve this. @JioCare

    @JioCare After poor service they can't refund I am not using air fiber a single day only tachnician test net speed and as per 30mbbs speed connection showing 15 to 17 mbbs speed and during I said him I am not satisfied pls cancel this

    It's been around a month and still haven't received my refund from @JioCare SR000031UVMX.. Even after multiple escalation to Appellate... Very incompetent support @reliancejio @TRAI only option left is legal now
