    .@LGIndia bought a new lg (43inch ) lg tv and did not got the jio dongle which was free , this tweet is for second time ,as from first tweet the problem was not solved @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancejio 's subscriber base may be large, but the company continues to suffer losses. Jio also lags behind Vodafone Idea Airtel @airtelindia in terms of customer (ARPU) on average revenue which reflects performance in the market. In the Sep. quarter to low too speed @JioCare

    I have migrated from @reliancejio to @VodafoneIN thinking that it will help in net speed , but no difference , both are same . Truly disappointed.

    @JioCare Dear Mukesh sir yesterday I had taken Ur jio fiber connection but it disappointed me lot. Because from installation it is not working. Even when it work for few minutes their speed is far away from Ur jio SIM in morning. Kindly take care it otherwise it will be a disaste

    @raiutkarsh1294 @VodafoneIN @JioCare @reliancejio I think Jio network has degraded from the past few months... I’m a loyal customer of @VodafoneIN for the past 6-7 years and this loyalty is because of the fact that they listen to their customers. My all the issues are resolved promptly. Go for Voda Bro :)

    @JioCare I have jio set top box..... Channel of interest are missing. It's really disappointed me. Functions on remote not working. Channel guide, tv, cinema button not working. Very disappointed

    @reliancejio Services are slow , Internet is down,your customer care executive says they issue will be resolved automatically by 8pm.why a ticket can't be raised through myJio? getting connected to CC takes ages. What's going on should the customer move to a better option?

    @JioCare He visited after 24 hours, to fix a problem if fixed myself early morning, because its insane to make someone wait 24 hours to connect a cable in the DP box!! The fix took me 5 seconds and 24 hours for JIo to respond.

    @JioCare My Jio fiber is down from last 5hrs but didn't got solution by customer care number. They are just extending time to wait for sometime not even raising complain. Even there ia no sms from jio for the issue
