    My purchase ID is 898231522502044 I am suggesting you please do not buy anything from Reliance digital just Croma instead of Reliance digital Croma is giving great service after sales. I bought a refrigerator from Croma they installed it within 2 hours from the delivery @JioCare

    It’s been more than a year being a @reliancejio customer but now I’m thinking to switch to @airtelindia because @reliancejio has started to take it’s customers for granted. No customer support.

    @reliancejio sir your service Rathendranagar Telebagh is very poor. As your service was reported at Rathendranagar but without money he was not done services. Neither positive reply was made nor check the falte.

    @JioCare Your exicutive force me for new connection rather than relocation. They issue me new conection within few hours ... Your relocation service are very bad. So please collect your device and refund me as soon as possible

    @reliancejio Not received jio 5 g welcome offer yet. i have already 5g device still it’s showing device is not compatible in my jio app. Connected with customer care not responding properly, at least register some request no , worst experience with jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio, We 700 Students Users in #Nigohan, Lucknow facing network in Using Internet and from 3 Year We facing same issues and raising complaint but not any resolve getting now we decided to port our sim in @airtelindia if you not fix issues in 3 days.

    @JioCare I don't understand what complexity is going on except ignoring customer 's grievances recharged my jio fiber by your app,payment was successful, your customer support officials are saying payment received but pending,took 48 hours to resolve ,still pending till now 10.45am

    @JioCare Dear team Above mentioned device is compatible with JIO5g network because it is supporting respective band and for it software upgrade was done already,kindly check for my respective no. Also my jio app showing same model in upgrade option.

    @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN My customer id +91-6185796711 & the Registered mobile number is 8709258133. I got it installed on 30th june and was promised a better speed and connectivity but sadly i am not getting either of it. Also, your CC support is pathetic. Please respond
