We were using two SIMs of #Jio and #Airtel. We changed to single SIM of Airtel after continuous poor signal from Jio at 4 Sapru Marg, Lucknow. Surfing is now better than Jio but Airtel also keeps giving blackouts and call droppings. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare My Jio internet at Vikas Nagar, Lucknow is not working since morning and your lineman says that he has been told by the company not to visit any customer. Then why should I be paying you, when you don't maintain your service. This is clearly defficiency in service.

@reliancejio Jio fiber speed reduces to 7 mbps which is quite disgusting....when u r charging for 30 mbps then why giving just speed of 7 mbps...this is ridiculous....this way people will not apply for fibre connection instead move to other service provider
