Surely @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should be thrown out of telecom industry and @JioCare should be take over it....I know it would be a monopoly but still would get rid of this shit network and shit services....

@JioCare I think taking shelter of ristriction is not digestsble as all stores are opening, and ur Banglabazar store says that they hve some login problem. Further there is no bar on moving the public in non hotspot places. Instead of taking lame excuses try to help a Senior Citizen.. Thx

@JioCare Is it possible to change plan of JioFiber before expiry of current plan, if consumer wishes to move to any other JioFiber Plans? Ideally this should be provided, similar to mobile connection plans for more flexibility and better customer experience.

@reliancejio you have such a great policy of non refund and no modifications. Pathetic service and pathetic customer care with no support and courtesy to help. Simple script on loop. No options to help customer but just grab money and ask them to forget.
