    @JioCare I am facing failed connectivity issue. App is not working, IVRS says there is some technical glitch in the area and gets disconnected. Neighborhood says no such issue. My no. is 7355774375. Local Jio staff either not approachable or of no help. How is such decline?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have not seen such poor service of jio till date, so much care is being taken in setting up a conection in this areaThere is a manager (Sajid) even after talking to him, no answer was rcvd,he does not even pick up the phon what is the benefit of such srvc

    Yesterday i installed airtel xstreme fibre at my home ,in mobile afte 749 recharge plan over i will port my jio to airtel ,,i m using jio since beginning but due bad customer support i will port to airtel Thanks to airtel @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @PMOIndia If u have launched 5g whithout prepration and customers are suffering from the bad service so why should we pay for ur upgradation work and bad service we need compuction for this bad service call are not routed data service is worst

    @JioCare @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY We r talking abt 5G network, while still not receiving 3/4G speed in Alambagh/PARA/Lko, cal not connecting,without consumption data limit exhausting. Lots of issue in these days with Jio network. Kindly look and solve the issue. Mob no.9918734060

    @JioCare My jio fiber network is not giving Wi-Fi for last 2days. Raised service request yesterday. Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.

    @JioCare Your exicutive force me for new connection rather than relocation. They issue me new conection within few hours ... Your relocation service are very bad. So please collect your device and refund me as soon as possible

    @reliancejio @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw I am a client of Reliance Jio and how often Jio network is failing for content download up to 95% and have to do logging which is done by giving GB data, please do please do for this problem.

    @JioCare My issue is still not resolved despite my response. These repeated, unplanned JioFiber outages are directly impacting my work and causing real loss. No prior SMS/email, no proactive update and refusal to escalate to a senior is unacceptable for a major ISP.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. SR #SR000038TDW5 has been rescheduled 3 times without any prior intimation from your team. What's the use of a scheduling option if appointments are changed without informing customers? Poor support experience.

    @JioCare I am not satisfied with the things you have explained over call, your customer care executive told me that i will not have to pay if i pay for 1 year plan and i did so but now you asking me to pay that's not acceptable. I have been wrongly charged without my consent.

    Jio fibre not working in Trivandrum, Kerala. Have seen people raising same issue all over India. The installation guy advised they have some updates ongoing. Shouldn't you inform this prior? People working from home are struggling. @JioCare

    @JioCare AirFiber service is absolutely useless. Continuous network issues frequent disconnections and no proper support. Complaints are raised repeatedly, but the issue is never attended to or resolved. Customers deserve better service than generic responses and false assurances
