@reliancejio @JioCare @jio I have been trying to call the cx care and tried emailing but no response.There is no speed and I got a top up yesterday and now it is showing 90% consumed for my jio fibre. Very poor customer service. Why upgrading when cannot give basic service.

@JioCare I am writing this with utter disappointment over a very bad customer service from jio fibre team. I lodged a complaint on 5th Sept over non working of my internet and since then I have contacted customercare team 5 times and I have only got new schedules for a technician

@fiber_jio & @JioCare I've raised my complaint N no of times in the last 3 months but no one is addressing them. Every time I raise from myjio app, it directs me to WhatsApp help and then from here to 18008969999 and they keep me on hold and cut the phone every time. ????? 😡😡
