I don't understand, why do you call yourself "4G" when you can't even provide "2G" speed. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with your service and call support who always address me that "we've no information sorry".

The fact that I received THIS SMS despite being on DND is a whole different issue altogether. Please block the number firstbto prevent innocent victims calling them up. That should be your primary responsibility.
