@JioCare if connections are exceeded in my area why dint you extend the towers or not allow more than tower capacity connection in an area. Don't give the false resolution.

Hi @JioCare , guess YOU DONT CARE about ur customers at all .My fiber internet is down since 15 days.Everyday I call ur customer care & I get a blatant response " its a temporary issue will be resolved in 2 hours" guess, 2 hours arent over in past 2 weeks. 1/1

@JioCare I have a jio fibre connection where I did a long term recharge. I would be away from home for a few weeks and I wanted to switch my connection off for that period. I have been told by customer care that there is no procedure in Jio to hold connection. So disappointing!
