    @SumitAggarwalE Agreed. @JioCare always takes 3 days or more for solving issues. Regretting switching from BSNL. Even BSNL gave better services.

    @JioCare are you able to handle your customers? If you are facing issues from 2 days in just issuing a lost sim by saying that our servers are not working than what i will expect from @reliancejio .The guys on the centres even does not want to talk to the customer.

    @JioCare Why is JioFiber not working becoming a monthly routine? It's been around 18 hours since your fibre service is not working. I registered a complaint with SR000011QZ8I request no. and was given a schedule for visit between 2-4 PM today. No call or visit from your executive

    @JioCare You are just making me fool. You did nothing and you won’t do nothing. I’m facing this problem from last 2 months but you’re continuously keep on making excuses. Now I’m facing with call failure and no service issue. You guys are frauds!!

    @JioCare If you are so unconcerned about complaints of internet not working for days, why have a customer care at all? No resolutions of complaints and even no reply to tweets You ground staff always reschedule visits without informing and waste customer's time

    Dear @PMOIndia, see how @reliancejio and @JioCare is continuously ignoring my complaints and doing nothing. Network connectivity issue is worst in my area but they don’t care because they are busy in making money and doing fraud with their customers!!

    @JioCare I've already registered a complaint through MyJio with SR000011X0MF. The point is it keeps happening every month since the past 4 month. Get it fixed permanently or get me a refund. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please get your pathetic JioFiber disconnected from my premises because I'm tired of complaining about no internet access every month since the past 4 months and issue a refund of the security ammount. I'll gladly switch to Excitel.

    @JioCare A call was rec'd from no +919205633653 at 10.18am today.I explained him the the all facts and visits by staff yesterday. It was pointed out that LAP TOP is not avaiable. Now time is 11.45 no body came with laptop to diagnose the problem. Yesterday also LAPTOP was not available.

    @JioCare Beware of fake advertisements of Jio. Seems it wants to cover 100% of India @50% efficiency. 4 times breakdown in internet/ Tv in 10 days & each time was 3 to 6 hrs. Y’day 12 hrs. I had to buy internet service from another company too. Therefore Rs 10000 lost in a way.

    Hi @JioCare @JioFiberVoice will you please check why I charged more then double for my jio fiber in the month of September 2022. Already escalated multiple times, seems like no one cares in jio teams after a customer is enrolled.
