I believe, now is the time to move on. Get the portability done again from @Idea to either @airtelindia or @JioCare or maybe to @BSNLCorporate. Idea Customer support center employees, too seem to be unhappy sitting at @VodafoneIN centers, post merger. 5/n

@reliancejio Hi I am using Jio corporate connections in the Name of GMDM global energy, A/c - 900440122803. Where I received the bill which is wrong as Rs 6000 wrong charges are added. No one from Jio is listening and my all numbers are barred. Really very pathetic service.

@JioCare I'm experiencing big internet speed issue (Getting only 5-10KB/s). I don't understand, why do you call yourself "4G" when you can't even provide "2G" speed. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with your service and call support who always address me that "we've no information sorry".

@JioCare Hi Jio, I have relocated to Durgapur West Bengal, but still couldn't get jio connection. Why such a delay ?? The local ISPs are charging extra and the speed sucks. Please look into this things as priority. Even now villages are covered by fibernet. WFH need good speed. Plz help.
