@JioCare and payment will be refunded in7,10 days... nothing happened, nobody called, when now I enquired the customer care responded very poorly I'm still on call while writing this and now it's more then 1 hour I am holding the call and waiting for the senior person to attend

@ambika_Mam @JioCare In our area zehta road Lucknow we have around 60 mobiles in our building but your network is very poor that s why we are not recharging. Kindly upgrade your network in this area. Moreover Manny high rise buildings are also ready to be occupied recently, kindly improve !

@JioCare I am going to disconnect my jio fiber connection pathetic service response they charge me heavy amount and not providing proper assistance my internet not working from 4 days . Going to opt airtel fiber atleast there customer response service are good . 😎

@JioCare @reliancejio I bought jioFi on 3/1/2022 upon paying Rs.2824, he gave an ORN No. NO0000JWSCY1, the appointment for 4/1/22 at 10am, & went on rescheduling without my consent for 8-9 times and today is 5/01/2022 it's not yet fixed, I did't expect this kind of worst servive.
