@JioCare @reliancejio @jio 15 days earlier , I filed a complaint for low Internet speed but still nothing has changed. Worst Care of Customer Same on you jio ,if you cannot provide good services then stop providing such servicies and start selling Fruits rather, in streets

@JioCare My Jio internet at Vikas Nagar, Lucknow is not working since morning and your lineman says that he has been told by the company not to visit any customer. Then why should I be paying you, when you don't maintain your service. This is clearly defficiency in service.

@JioCare Today I was given a new connection of JioFiber Gold Plan 1200, 250 MBPS. On WiFi, speed is 9-12 MBPS. While I understand that your services are affected, you are not giving me a free service. Either rectify now or refund me the full amounts and take away your devices.

We were using two SIMs of #Jio and #Airtel. We changed to single SIM of Airtel after continuous poor signal from Jio at 4 Sapru Marg, Lucknow. Surfing is now better than Jio but Airtel also keeps giving blackouts and call droppings. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare I don't want any appreciation from you and your team Do what u are asked & supposed to do for your customers I have told that 5 Jio Private Net routers are missing simply refix them in the building. If it takes more than 15 days to solve such a small problem then shame on jio

@JioCare I registered the complaint regarding no internet in jiofiber early morning and got request id SR00001AYLXR, as firstly it was assigned 1PM, then 3PM and now 4PM as time is expanding but no resolution.

@JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service
