Had it been heard at other support channels before complaining on twitter to @JioCare, the issue could have been resolved in 2 days only. Also, not everyone has access of twitter to complain. Bringing this your notice in Hope of improvement in complaint reddresal process.Thanks!

In 2020 their are companies like @Airtel_Presence missing with VoLTE services. Already made complaint against this before 10 Days they give assured to solve by 17.Sept No VoLTE service no Payment Bank service. Why you exist in this country. Need help @VodafoneIN @reliancejio

@JioCare @jiocare I am also facing slow speed and it drops alot but unable to register complain neither via customer care number nor live chat . Customer care number just playing waiting music since 1 HR and I am still waiting for a agent to connect .

@JioCare Your mobile data speeds are extremely low since the past 1 week, and barely crosses 14-15KB/sec. I can barely use 100MB out of 1.5GB/day in a day. Speed is so slow, that Live Chat doesn't even open in #MyJio App. Even in normal days, speed isn't over 1-2Mbps @reliancejio

@reliancejio It is third class and worst network in the country. We pay for 4G but we get speed of connectivity like 2G. There is huge connection problems while making calls and data connectivity. Jio is focused on earning money only not customers satisfaction. #jio #MukeshAmbani

@reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima the name should be unreliance jio, because as the service is just opposite the name making our jio or "jina" difficult. Again after temporary good network for first half, the network is don the drain. It's like load-shedding of network everyday
