@JioCare Today I Contacted Reliance Jio Center at Uttarathiya Lucknow for Network issue as my Sim with Number 6386286369 was not working.They asked me to come on Monday on a filmy pretext that their device is not charged.Such degraded Services from jio is not expected

@JioCare very Poor Service from Jio.A Sim with No 6386286369 by Jio center at Uttarathiya Lucknow issued on Friday Evening 6 pm for which I received an SMS that it would be activated in 4 hours has not been activated even after 36 hours.This is not expected from Jio.

It reminds me of my frustration which I am facing to get the issue resolved by (calling and wasting hours holding the phones).You feel cheated .No one is bothered at #jio .Airtel thousand times better in #service and relationship.UNETHICAL

@JioCare May I use your 4G please? The network strength is quite poor. Except whatsapp msgs can't do anything. Location: "SSC4Sure" (use google map). This is height of slow internet even I can recall those aircel and docomo days. Isse better wo 2G they. Pls fix it asap.

If this is not done, I'll make sure that a legal action is taken against airtel for not only your service but for mentally harassing me for days #airtelpatheticplatinumservice

@JioCare @JioCare Are you guys gonna visit even today or I'll have to be without internet for another day? Your Fiber Broadband is no way cheap that you give so poor on site services. Your mobile data barely works, and now even wifi isn't working. Your router sits as a piece of garbage.

@ATHULCP10 @reliancejio Don't go for their JioFiber. Their internet stops working randomly and complains are not attended to for days. And they provide no permanent solution to the problem. Despite regular complains, no resolution from them. Even writing to TRAI has no issue on @JioCare
