@JioCare The response from Jio claims that I should use chat services, which I did. Those prerecorded messages do not solve the problem. Jio admitted staff shortage, so please make service free till resolution. Option of refund too if not resolved 11 am today.

@JioCare Today I was given a new connection of JioFiber Gold Plan 1200, 250 MBPS. On WiFi, speed is 9-12 MBPS. While I understand that your services are affected, you are not giving me a free service. Either rectify now or refund me the full amounts and take away your devices.

@JioCare contd... Even at 5 GHz THERE IS NO STABILITY OF SPEED. Ethernet connection is recognised but shows no internet. The technician doesn’t know LAN connectivity. Can’t change password. Bad deal. Ensure giving me a stable internet or cancel subscription.

Wouldn’t incentivising this work better. Why can’t block develop officers of the lowest common denominator speak to principals and get this done in schools and colleges. Why can’t @JioCare @reliancejio or respective service provider give some additional data as an incentive

@JioCare Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio my issue not yet resolved. Don't distinguish yourself from other providers. No installation done, no timeline when it will be done. At the time of taking payment of Rs 2500/- , you said it will be done in 3-4 hours. This is how you sell connections.

@JioCare Sorry to say, we have no option except discontinue my connection because you are unable to solve our problem after making us your customers. As new connection, you provided us 200m wire as required but now unable to do so when wire got damaged due to external cause.😣

@JioCare Engr visit scheduled for 1-2 pm when I finally got through to your cust care. Got 3 texts saying the same but no tech arrived all day. So thats that. Issue is now resolved by resetting router by the way, thanks to installing tech who came by on their own
