@JioCare The worst service faced by me. This is my service number SR00001BLKSU. Not able to use internet from morning. But your service engineer not arrive. First they schedule at 3PM then 7PM. Today's my meeting and i not able to attend and suffer loss. You are bearing my loss.

@JioCare @reliancejio Noce scam being run by you in the name of WFH data pack it always slows down after 12-15 gb of use and other 12-15 gb is just unusable. 70 rs from a single user. If even 1 lakh user of this package are there 70 lakh which is definitely higher as per users.S

@JioCare I am facing internet speed issues from last 2 weeks get high ping while playing games buffering on watching videos, low downloading speed, trying to take help from jio assist but they're not helpful, very disappointed with them, need Engineer visit to check speed issues

@JioCare Now jio have given very bad service.

I disconnected my jio fiber connection and they took device from me, and they told I was going to get 500rs refund in my bank account but till now, i haven't received any refunds in my account and I'm unable to get in touch with support either #jiofiber #jio #reliancejio

Have been suffering from last 6 days @JioCare and have been complainting daily. My jiofiber is not working. Your responses are lacklusture and parroted. Should I change the service provider ? Ever since I have subscribed your services have been unavailable 70% of the time

@JioCare I raised this complaint on 24th Jan for the Jiofiber slow speed issue SR000013SLNJ the complaint was closed without any action. I did not expect such a pathetic bad service from Jio. Did you train your technical team to close the request without any action.

@JioCare Why #jiofi is much irritating. It's connects for 10 minutes and goes off for 15 minutes'. Still no resolution yet from jio...

@JioCare Writing an email from website got me an email that in turn asks me to either use Jio App or Jiocare whatsapp which again are just maze in themselves. For numbers that are totally not working you need a straightforward way to resolve customer issues.

@JioCare The service agent called me in the morning and said hes checking the issue. When I called him back hes saying that because of BMC digging outside my house, some cable has broken and this issue will go on for days. I don't know what to do.

@JioCare Your networks are going worst. I have recharged 6 days back with a plan of 555 and m not able to watch my you tube lectures because of buffering. At least provide the service what we have paid for. I have complaint 2-3 times already but no proper resolution I got. Disheartening
