My Jio Fiber isn’t even giving out a few Mbps speed when you have mentioned a speed of 150 Mbps plan. Is this how are you going to Digitise India? No option to raise a complaint through cust-care for it. Cancel my order & refund me immediately.

But, PC shows ethernet connected, but none of browsers open. I have tried all available solutions, but all in vain. Kindly help @reliancejio! or else will switch back to my old service provider.

The call gets disconnected immediately after the confirmation message stating that there is a network outage in your area and thanking me for calling.
