    @JioCare We r facing this issue since yesterday afternoon...the service of the jio is not up to the mark...this is the 3rd time we r facing the same issue...n appointment of jio executive is allotted next day every time...it is not good....please fix the issue fast

    @JioCare @reliancejio I applied/paid for JioFiber services Last Friday(order Id NO0000HTVB22), scheduled installation postponed thrice despite my request to install it on priority. No option to raise a complaint through cust-care for it. Cancel my order & refund me immediately.

    I disconnected my jio fiber connection and they took device from me, and they told I was going to get 500rs refund in my bank account but till now, i haven't received any refunds in my account and I'm unable to get in touch with support either #jiofiber #jio #reliancejio

    @JioCare The worst service faced by me. This is my service number SR00001BLKSU. Not able to use internet from morning. But your service engineer not arrive. First they schedule at 3PM then 7PM. Today's my meeting and i not able to attend and suffer loss. You are bearing my loss.

    @JioCare @JioCare Automatically cancelling my slot with a vague reason is disrespectful and reflects poorly on your support handling. At the very least, provide a clear update on what's being done on my case and how/when it will be resolved instead of keeping me in the dark.
