We go jio store and then staff say stand outside .We aggry and stand 3 hours, we talk with staff for time then staff member use Wrong word very bad behaviour of this jio store staff all are uneducated. Plz take action Kalani nagar jio store 452005 @JioCare @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio very poor network of Airtel. Just counting my days so that I can re port my number into Jio. Airtel network :- Prominent location of Indore and network experience is like 2G.

@reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio is making a fool of his customers. My wifi is not working for 4 days in a row today. Daily there are issues and wifi is off for 10-15 hours. Jio is busing launching 5G but cannot ensure smooth operations of its 4G services. #JioTrue5G #Jiodown

@JioCare @reliancejio Everytime I latch on what’s app JIO IR Care, agent does nothing but basic trouble shooting and tells me Network Team will update! No TAT given! If you can deactivate SIM with no reason whatsoever, why can’t you re-activate it again immediately!? PLS REVERT

@JioCare Then why jio sales person took money (3 month advanced ~3600/-) from me. Does your company SOP allow taking money from customer if you cannot provide connection. it is over week now. I am sure their is scam going inside company and top managment need to be informed.
