After investigation and discussion. I was promised he will refund the amount in 15 minutes by Jio Managers. But no amount recieved.

I was promised that the fraud executive will refund the money within 15 minutes. But that guy has again been playing delay tactics. And I still have not recived the refund amount. Can you plz check and help to close.
