    @JioCare No respite till now and seems no body is doing enough to resolve the Internet issue. Any complaint to jio going to theirs deaf years and doing nothing. WhT a pity. What a work culture in our country. Very sad!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    Appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number NO0000JLNO6F 24 hours pahle jio fiber book kiya tha or payment bhi kar diya tha but abhi tak kisi bhi engineer ka call nahi aaya hai jio ki taraf se please help @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare @reliancejio I applied/paid for JioFiber services Last Friday(order Id NO0000HTVB22), scheduled installation postponed thrice despite my request to install it on priority. No option to raise a complaint through cust-care for it. Cancel my order & refund me immediately.

    @RelianceJioCare I just got #JioFiber on 11th June 21. Works fine in lappy & mobile. But, PC shows ethernet connected, but none of browsers open. I have tried all available solutions, but all in vain. Kindly help @reliancejio! or else will switch back to my old service provider.

    @JioCare No positive response and resolution received from Jio Customer Service from yesterday to till date...if my problem is not fixed by 1 hour i will disconnect the jio Fibre connection forever...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This has been an extremely frustrating experience with the ******* customer care team. I genuinely don't understand why your customer care team assumes that every customer contacting Jio support is a Hindi speaker. India is a diverse country, and many customers are more comfortable communicating in English or other regional languages. What is even more disappointing is that instead of transferring the call to an English-speaking executive or offering an alternative, your representatives simply disconnect the call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of Jio's scale. Please ensure that your customer support executives are adequately trained or that calls are routed to agents who can communicate in the customer's preferred language. Disconnecting calls because an agent is unable or unwilling to converse in English reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I expect this issue to be addressed so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

    @JioCare It's been 7 days since the service request has for relocation been raised but no resolution . Not even a single call. Can't provide service. It's so frustrating to see your service and in top of that I am receiving same typical reply to my message.

    Instead of closing the account, I've now received a bill of around ₹1,800 for a service I haven't used after relocating. Kindly cancel the connection immediately, reverse these incorrect charges, and confirm the closure. @JioCare @AkashMAmbani

    @JioCare Your teams entry into the society will hence forth be stopped and we will move to other supplier and have your service stopped by our members. We have got a better tarrifs & unlimited usage with free connections & intercom facility. So it's upto you to decide and initiate action.

    @JioCare JioCare You closed my Service Request SR000039SFOB as "successfully processed," but my Jio AirFiber installation is still pending. This is an incorrect closure. Please reopen the complaint and provide the exact installation date and time.@reliancejio
